I agree with our team leaders....morning, noon or night....whichever works best for you! The most important thing is to get out and move. Don't make excuses not to exercise. Let the 'warrior' voice win over the 'lazy' voice!

I spread my workouts out throughout the day to work my schedule. It doesn't really matter when you move as long as you move, and fuel your body accordingly.

Whatever fits best in your schedule that you can commit to is the best time for workouts. Some people like mornings, others different times. There is no advantage of one over the other. If you can fit it in, it the opportune time for you.

I'd rather work out first thing in the morning, but I rarely have the time for it. I go to spinning classes in the evening, because it's the only moment available for me.
What is the best time to workout ?
My work times vary some days I work 10am -5pm others 10am to 11pm
Just wandering if there are any advantages to one over the other.
