We did all of them. We did the short workout which is 4 minutes on each table. I just dont know how to track them. I do know I am going to be adding some cardio in the mornings to go along with the tables.

Depends on which fitness machines you wind up using. You should be able to search for that fitness activity in the tracker and then add it in. Have never used this, but like any fitness activity, you can usually find it in the search. Be search to write down the names would be my suggestion. Hope this is a little help!
