holding onto something (this is a must or i lose my balance) and kicking my leg up behind me and grabbing my ankle. stretches out the large muscle in my thigh and feels good after working out on the elliptical or the treadmill. i also like stretching my hamstrings..facing a wall and putting one foot against the floor and wall while other leg and foot is stretched out behind me.

Standing with hands on waist (I'm pretty sure it's my waist - or where one should be) ... and twisting from side to side. Stretching arms up then down to my shoulders, to waist and back up again. This is something my 2 granddaughter that live with us enjoy doing with Nana - guess anything that we do together they enjoy haha
