There are definitely times when being healthy just seems so dang hard! I feel ya girl. The good news is that that feeling generally doesn't last too long and there are lots of ways to get your "Spark" back ;) I love reading motivational blogs from other people, and posting on message boards is great too, as well as just reading about problems that other people are having can really help you to know that you are not alone in this at all.
Are you getting your exercise in? Even though it can be tough to find the time, it really helps to stabilize my mood and therefore making it way easier to make smart food choices and really listen to my body. Trying something new in this realm is always good for "sparking" too. Like a new workout DVD or a new class, that always gets me excited to exercise.
For food, I just try and think about every time I eat as a great opportunity for fruits and vegetables, if I don't have at least one serving, even in a snack, then there is sort of a "wasted calories" happening.
I hope that helps in some ways, but ultimately it is about all the little choices you make everyday and saying yes to yourself, because you are going to feel so much better!!!
