I joined the 30 days to skinny jeans challenge. Today was day one. Lesson learned - it's not a good idea to try to do lunges in flip flops. My walking shoes are wet from all the rain and I didn't want to put them on.
I'm looking forward to the challenge, something different to accomplish each day will keep it interesting I think.
