Have you ever tried Weight Watchers? I tried weight watchers once, but never really had time to go to the meetings to get the community support. I used the point system as a guide to healthy eating. Do you like to read? I love to read. Reading is my summer past time. My kids keep me too busy throughout the school year for me to even try to get a book read, but over the summer break I make up for it. What is your favorite movie? I'm a movie buff. I love so many movies but if I could only watch one movie for the rest of my life it would be Pretty Worman, or Working Girl.
What was your "ahhaaaa" moment to get you moving into a healthy lifestyle?
I think it was when my eight year old "skinny as a stick" 49 pound daughter stood in front of the mirror and said "Mommy do you think I look fat" I knew at that moment that we needed to focus on healthy diet healthy habits and it was so much more then a number on scale.
do you have a fav spark recipe (or 2 or 3)? I honestly haven't even tried any of the recipes yet but I saw one for applecrisp today that looks very good.
do you live in city or country? Country
what part of spark is the most helpful to you? I think the nutrition and fitness tracking. It really helps me to see what I am eating and I like to feel the sense of accomplishment when I complete my fitness goals.
Thanks for asking, Susan
