I am falling in love with smoothies. I am looking for recipes. I have protein powder, skim milk, organic FF yogurt, frozen blueberries/strawberries/peaches, Odwalla green Superfood, carrot juice, and skim milk...my fave so far is 1 C blueberries, 1/2 C skim milk, 2 oz Superfood, 2 oz carrot juice, and 1 scoop protein powder.
I am looking for pretty low cal, I see the calories from juice and/or fruit can add up. But oh, I love those frozen blueberries. I think I may turn into one. Anyone have a favorite to share?
