I have been unhappy with my weight for a while now. I lost 40 lbs. and was about to my goal weight 3 years ago but because I did not make it a lifestyle change, the weight has slowly crept back on.
My husband is helping to motivate me by challenging me to lose the weight by Mother's Day. If I do, he will take me to Hawaii in November for our 10th anniversary.
I would like to make this a lifestyle change this time. He bought me a 3 year membership to Gold's gym for Christmas and I have been doing some sort of exercise almost every day, whether it is doing my own, working out with a friend, or taking a fitness class.
I am also counting calories and following a reasonable diet program that I can make a lifestyle change. This is my LTW!
