I love the teachings of Abraham, just listening to Esther makes me feel at peace, so thank you for posting the teachings for reminders. Abraham has only one mission and we need to be reminded daily. Follow your joy and you are flowing down stream, just enjoy the ride. We humans make it so hard. I found too that the visualizations from Jon Gabriel helping my body feel safe so it lets go of weight helps me. I finally moved the scale down two pounds down since listening for 2 weeks. I had been stuck for so long now. Y'all seem to be a fun group! Yuppie!
What helps me with number 6 is that I do believe that our thoughts cause our emotions, and change our vibrations. I sometimes focus on just feeling good, then when lower vibrational thoughts come to me, I dismiss them and chose happier ones. I attack it from the other side. Each person is different, we just have to use what works for us.
If we are telling funny stories, a short one. Three days ago when getting out of bed, I removed my fitted sheet and threw it into wash machine. I heard a strange bump when it started moving. I had thrown in my Kindle with the sheet! Three days laying in a bag full of rice did not fix it. We do weird things don't we. (it has a good ending, Amazon / Kindle is replacing the Kindle for free!). I had to laugh at myself, I thought only teenagers would do something that ridiculous. I guess I am a teenager again!
I am an animated story teller so my friends get a kick when I tell them about this or that. I laugh so much when I tell people about the killer the Martha mcMuffin. There was actually a bad word exclamation when the POP first happened. It went something like this, "What the F***?"

I think about the exploding egg sandwich I made my man. He is the one who causes some of my bad thoughts so I go back to the morning when I made him an egg sandwich and all I heard was POP. I turned to look at him and he had egg all over his face. He sat there for some time holding the sandwich and finally saying, "Are you trying to kill me?"
Number six can indeed be a challenge! It has been my experience that by becoming a "watcher of my thoughts", I am better prepared to immediately changed unwanted emotions. This has taken a lot of practice, but it can be done! I sometimes have to "take out the trash" as Dan Millman puts it. In other words, I take a mind dump when I realize my emotions are not as good as I would like them to be. It is at that moment that I choose a really uplifting thought (like the "Shifter" that Abraham has taught us about. I have about five of them I can use, and I am always prepared!
How many of you have prepared "Shifter's" to use when you recognize your emotions/thoughts are not as high as you would like them to be? List them here!
Mine are: Remembering You Tube video's where One: A cat sneaking up on something it can't identify and jumping five foot off the ground when it moves! Two: A baby taking it's first taste of peas, carrots or lemon!
Three:Visualize my ideal place of being like a beautiful tree-lined pasture filled with buttercups. Ahhhh Four: I visualize being back in Germany and walking down an 800 year old cobblestone road. The sites and smells of the town bring me back to a joyous, peaceful time. Five: I remember a hilarious event I experienced with my husband. He had a dream where three HUGE spiders had dropped down from the ceiling and where right in front of his face. (he sleeps in his birthday suit). He jumped out of bed, ran screaming across the room (naked) and turned on the light while screaming "F me!" He flipped on the light, standing there breathing hard and his eyes bulging out of his scull. He actually thought it had happened! Did I mention this was three o'clock in the morning and my dad was sitting in the living room watching TV? I had to get up and go tell him what had just happened, after all, all he heard was a blood curdling scream and "F me!" It took me 20 minutes to stop laughing enough to tell him what had just happened.
