Great you were able to get your Nutrition tracker set up. I have tweaked mine to go faster. Are you using the search database it is amazing how many foods i find there. i do add my own foods from packages which I rarely use but they are easy to delete.Any time ask and i will try i am not the graetest with computers but i do have success with the nutrition tracker.
I used the old tracker for fitness for 2 years and when the new one came out I could not grasp it at all. I use Resistance bands and love the way i can manage to not injure my muscles. The dumb bells are harder for me since I have carpal tunnel issues from my sewing business.
I also love to use Leslie Sansonne videos when indoors you can walk a mile with her on a bath mat size piece of my basement you do not need a lot of space.
I also have a pedometer i have had a lot of them they fall off so i make certain I make a leash for it and use a safety pin. This is the longest and my favorite OMRON it stores 7 days of steps and mileage and at midnight it starts the next day. Non of my expensive ones had those features and it was less than $20.00 from Spark store. Walgreen's has them too.
