Well I dislike the picture, not everyone is that size or will reach that size or even NEEDS to be that size to be healthy. I also don't care for their discipline and vigilant attitude. Do you need discipline and vigilance? well of course *chuckles* but those things are easier
said than done for most otherwise we probably wouldn't be here.

That being said I like pretty much all of what they had to say in their suggestions it was just the delivery getting up to that I didn't care for but I am just like that :D

Read it, use it, don't use it, its your life do what you want with it :)
Take what you want and leave the rest, however don't leave the good stuff on the table just because its work ;) I suffer from that alot
