I agree with Sandy :) I'm pretty much doing the same thing. Just try to make mostly good choices, then you won't feel so bad when you eat something not so good.
Also, I love to tell people to research the bad foods, the chemicals that go into them that addict us to them completely turns me off. I'm not going to let them control me with food.
Research the good foods too, you will find that fruits and veggies are capable of a lot more than we give them credit for! So when you eat them you won't be thinking horrible diet, you'll be thinking, wow I just provided my body with the proper nutrients to help keep me strong and healthy :)
Everything happens for a reason, and it's great that you came across that article to remind you of your previous intentions and to get you motivated to get back on track :)
