" Taking ACTION is the ultimate power of Motivation. Nothing beats it, period." `~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~ Do not stop enjoying the wonders of life despite the inevitable hurting that impairs our soul. Hence, it does not make you less of a person when you weep in tears and are in distress. Nonetheless, learn to withstand the stings of time; rise on your feet for no one can ever bring back the soul in you and the beauty of life except you, and you and you."
I agree with Sandy :) I'm pretty much doing the same thing. Just try to make mostly good choices, then you won't feel so bad when you eat something not so good. Also, I love to tell people to research the bad foods, the chemicals that go into them that addict us to them completely turns me off. I'm not going to let them control me with food. Research the good foods too, you will find that fruits and veggies are capable of a lot more than we give them credit for! So when you eat them you won't be thinking horrible diet, you'll be thinking, wow I just provided my body with the proper nutrients to help keep me strong and healthy :) Everything happens for a reason, and it's great that you came across that article to remind you of your previous intentions and to get you motivated to get back on track :) Take care!

"UNLESS someone like you cares a whole awful lot, NOTHING is going to get better it's not."
If the people let government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny. -Thomas Jefferson
I have adopted a new thought for myself. I just simply strive to make better (not necessarily perfect) choices each day. For me, starting over got old, and felt like failure, leaving me emotionally too damaged to care if I ever tried again, at least not for a long time. I now focus on living a healthier lifestyle. I am not reaching my desired weight goal quickly, but I do a lot less backsliding!
