Got on the scale this morning to find my old weight staring at me. I know I've lost something! Got off and on again---another weight. I'm not content with that so I try again to find a third weight. Time to get a new battery I think : ) Not discouraged. I know I'm making progress. New habits and old ones on the way out. I started my Spark Page today too. Getting there! Have a good day. Eileen
