Hello All,

I put a blog up today. I went to my foot doctor today. I have done a big Blog titled, "Foot Has Been Given a Diagnose!" I thought that would be the easiest way for everyone to find out the information at once. There is a lot there and It would of taken me a really long time to do it individually. Hope you all understand the way I wrote it. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to email me at imagingpro@fairpoint.net. Or you can just go to SP Mail and email me that way as well, or a comment on my page. I will be more than happy to answer them.

I also want to thank you all so much for all your support and prayers. They have meant really a lot to me.

I know that some of you might be going through hard times, either sick or something else. I will say prayers for you all and hope that everything goes ok with you all.

I hope that everyone had a good day and hope you all have a good night too.

I am ready as well. I can almost feel the warmer weather and the blisters on my feet. LOL I have never been to Disney can we go? Huh, can we, can we go, can we.........Pleeeeeease! Haha! How is that Rel? I am trying to have an imagination! I had a great food day, did 45 minutes on the bike, but had a terrible school day! We homeschool and both kids had a meltdown! It's usually me! Oh well, tomorrow is another day if the Lord leaves us here for another one! Matthew has a dentist appt in the afternoon in Farmington. Hope the roads are ok. Haven't heard. Well I have to go log all my stuff. Have a great night all.

Patty, search the web for inspiration. youtube is a good place :) search for motivational fitness or even spiritual motivation. This will get you centered and up for the challenge. Where are you on vacation? Is there a gym avail? Even if there isn't , commit to an exercise video or game daily. But finding the motivation first is key :)

DOT Good luck this morning, hoping you were able to get there this time, and to the Foot Dr tomorrow.

BUGS I am ready for tomorrow. Today I printed the 29 day calendar and i intend to log my walk to Orlando in there. I printed on Card stock and i am putting the "Rules " on the back so they are there to check with. I know there are many OR'S to choose from and i like to get it right. Can we add those together like we did on the swim??
I am ready for that snow thanks to Larry.

KIM it has been for ever since we have been in touch are you still doing your civil war presentation. I look for them whenever we find an old cemetery, you have me hooked and DH is even better at finding them since he knows more about history than I do.

Val, it's good to see you here, I am afraid I have been missing since I had a lot of catching up to do on the new members in Diabetes and cholesterol teams,

Val, when I first started SP, DH took the scale away from me. I was mad at him, but he knew what he was doing. lol. It did help that daily stress after I got over being mad. Ohhhhh, I use to drive him crazy.

Kim, are you feeling better today?

Heather, I could have used you today to paint! You could have worked on the trim.

Hello All,

I am sorry that I haven't been on much. I did post a blog the other day about what is happening with my foot again. It is bleeding again. The stuff we got that was a liquid bandaid didn't stop it from bleeding. I got really, really discouraged with it. I don't know what is causing it to not heal.

Rel, thank you about the information about bandaid's but I don't get any allergies from just plan bandaid's. There are some tapes that I can't use on my skin because I will break out really bad. So I don't go near them. We are putting some more of that Nu Skin on it and then we are going to put some thick gauze on it with some paper tape. I wanted to see what would happen that time. Well, guess what. It bled through again. I just totally give up.

I called my foot doctor first thing this morning to only find out that he isn't in the office until Wednesday. Well, I made an appointment for first thing Wednesday morning at 9:00 am. I will be asking him all kinds of questions and he better have some answers for me. I just don't understand why it isn't healing at all. It isn't even trying to heal.

I will make sure that I keep you all informed to what he is going to say and do. I might just do a blog at first in case I can't come on for a longer amount of time.

Again, I really want to thank you all. You have all been so great with all the prayers and support.

I go tomorrow for my Mammogram at 10:15. I really hope that they don't have any bad news. That would be all I need.

I am trying not weigh in until my birthday which is Valentines day but I'm not sure I am going to make it. It is driving me crazy. I am trying to go by how my jeans are fitting but that is really hard to tell. I have always been preety much a daily weigher so this is hard for me. I think I would like to see at least 10 pounds gone when I do get weighed (it will be 5 weeks). If I don't see a good weight loss I'm afraid I will get discouraged. Maybe I should just throw out the scales and never get weighed again! If I do really well I think I can cheat and if I don't do well then I think, what's the point! I am doing well with my food choices and my exercising but I just don't know if I am losing. I tell myself if I keep on keeping on then something has to happen! Well, gotta go get supper and head back to church for the evening service. Thank you all for your posts. I have been lurking! HaHa.

Good morning, all. It feels so good to see the sunshine! Another week has gone by and I still can't seem to shake this cold. It got better for a couple days then got worse again on Friday. I haven't been able to exercise since the 18th, so haven't racked up any fitness points. At least I've managed to keep my food under control for the most part and lost another pound this week.

REL- Too bad I don't live closer to you I LOVE to paint!
I once had a terrible reaction to the tape they use in the hospital after my cesarean, I was itchy all over and when they took the tape off, my skin went with it! It was horrible!

Yesterday went well, I had some cake (I made it for a baby shower) but it did have fruit on it! lol.
I didn't over eat at all, and the rest of the days choices were good :) I didn't juice twice but I did throw in some celery and carrots as a snack.

I found this video if anyone is interested in watching it, this woman is amazing and she completely healed herself, it really is worth watching!

Good morning! It looks like everyone was busy yesterday! I cleaned the bedroom yesterday and went to get some paint for it. By the time we got home, I was tuckered out. lol. I'll paint it today.

Dot, be careful with the bandaids, and keep a close eye on the skin under the bandaid. DH found, when we covered the tears in his foot, that he is alergic to the plastic bandaids, and he found diabetics should not use neosporin, but can use the store brand version of it. He now needs to use the fabric bandaids. I am not saying you are, but he always ended up in a mess when he used them for a few days. The first day wasn't bad, but day 2 or 3 he'd end up back at the foot docs with a bad infection.

Hello All,

Sorry I haven't been on for a couple of days. I have been busy sorting out some more papers that where in another filing cabinet that I want to get rid of. The papers are very old and I don't need to keep them all. There are some though that I do need to keep. I also have some that need to be shredded because they have my SS# on them or my bank statements that have my account number on them. Can't take any chances with that stuff.

I want to thank you all for the well wishes. But I never did make it to my mammogram on Monday. Our car wouldn't start because it had some gas that had some water in it which froze up. We hadn't put any dry gas in it the last time we put gas in it. So we paid the price, we got ice. Finally later in the day it did start up again. We hadn't gone any where's during the weekend and we didn't go out to start the car up either. Sometimes you have to still go out and start your car up even if you aren't going any where's.

I did reschedule my mammogram for next Tuesday at 10:15. Hopefully I will be able to make that one. I do appreciate all the well wishes though. You are all so caring and supportive. You are all the best. You know just what people need.

I do have some good news about my foot though. We finally got it to stop bleeding. We heard about a liquid that acts like a bandaid. It is called Nu Skin. Scott got some on Tuesday and when we got home he put some on the tear. After it dried he put a second coat on. Then he put a bandaid over that. It hasn't bled since. I think we finally got it so it will heal. That is really good news. I was really worried about what might happen if we couldn't get it to stop. Now I know better to never try pulling anything off my feet. That was one tough lesson to learn.

Pat, I wish you all the luck on your walk to Orlando. Congrats on the 3 years of the Challenge.

Heather we rarely eat white potatoes any more even though I love them. I buy a big container at Sam's it is Cauliflower and broccoli and orange and yellow carrots. I actually pick out the cauliflower just so we can have a helping or sometimes three meals of Cauliflower mashed potato. It is a big bag of frozen vegetables and DH and I love it and the price. We use the broccoli for Crustless quiche. We usually eat crustless quiche with mashed sweet potatoes. i buy those in bulk and cook them and then freeze them in 2 cup amounts that way i can have sweet potato for several meals. I love to see a plate of bright vegetables.

REL I hope you are safe with this messy freezing rain, snow whatever it is. It will not be easy to move like the last one.

I am looking forward to February my first challenge was the 28 days of february and I have been on that message board ever since then. There are always lots of people at first but the two of us have done it there now for two years. This will be the first month of our third year and I will,be walking to Orlando with you and our team. What more do i need right now,

Good morning! Be careful if you have to venture out today. I am leaving early to go to work. Giving myself a little more driving time. I live only 6 miles away, but I have 3 big hills I need to get up. One morning, I waited 20 minutes for one of the hills to be clear of the cars that were stuck on it. I'm opening the front end, and I can't be late. lol.

Tonight I was experimental and added cauliflower and eggplant to the mix of beets, carrots, apple, ginger and lemon. It was horrible! lol. But I drank it, I didn't want to waste all those precious vitamins and minerals! I will be searching for special recipes for those particular veges next time! lol
I think since I have the cauliflower I may try making some "mashed potato" (cauliflower) I have been wanting to try that!

I've done my workouts, drank tons of water,stayed in my calorie range, so I'd say it was a successful day! Good night everyone!

Good afternoon! I went and signed up for art class today!! Yayyyy!! I can not wait! The same people from last class will be there!

It was really busy at work today, but it made the day fly by. everyone is out getting groceries before the storm. It was ca-raaaaazy!

Tika :) I met her here, and she just ran the gasping gobbler with me on thanksgiving day! :)

Well, I lucked out (kinda) lol. I only had wii active scheduled. the biggest loser is a 1 day on 1 day off kind of thing. So tomorrow I get a break from wii active but I do have biggest loser.

I think I will make some time for just dance as well :) Probably core secrets too, since I like to do that every other day..... glad I have all these options! I also have jillian on the wii, but I'm saving her, I'll wait until I'm done getting beaten up by bob and the guy on the wii active game! lol

Good morning everyone!

I am exhausted from yesterday, I did wii active, wii biggest loser (killer!), walked, did wii just dance and core secrets. whoo! I feel great though, and I'm going to take it easy today for the most part until tonight where I have to do wii active and wii biggest loser again! lol

Today was weigh in day. I lost 4.6 pounds this week. and since the beginning of January I have lost 14lbs :) Hoping to get a couple more pounds out by the end of the month :)

Well, I guess I can't put off cleaning any longer! better get crackin! Have a great day everyone!

Good morning! How is everyone doing? Sorry I didn't get here yesterday. The day was non-stop. I have today off, and I don't plan on doing much. But...plans change. lol.

Took Hale to the foot doc yesterday, and he has one blister each on 2 toes. He came out of the office with a new shoe, and he isn't happy. He said he is going to break his neck. I told him that he says that everytime the doc gives him a new shoe, and he hasn't broken his neck yet. Poor fella has not had a pair of matching shoes for a few years now. He has matching sets of shoes, he just can't wear them, unless we go to a wedding or a funeral.

Hi everyone I am back, REL we have been busy signing up for classes at senior college. My art class and our Class about the Eastern States National parks clashes so since DH and I like to take classes together if we both like the topic I will not be doing art this semester. I am trying to set up my easel and art things in the basement gym we have but it is getting congested by now. It is after all just a 3 bedroom ranch, but it's ours and we like it.

DOT, I hope your foot is doing better by now and your Mammogram is behind you. I go next month. I too have had biopsies and markers are in there. It is a necessary procedure, I am glad they are available to everyone now. Hoping the results come back soon, waiting is worse than the dreading ,once they have squeezed the heck out of the poor girls. Take care and remember to moisten those toes!!!!

Mary Anne, we had such a great time at the forum of the future. I wish more of my Maine Friends would have read that Blog because the thought of UMO being the spearhead for this offshore WIND farm and the amazing preparations to accomplish it without harming land and see creatures is a great example to others we can do this and do it well. I think I will ask the TV stations to talk about this. That would be great for others to really know all about it and take pride in Maine for doing this.

One wind farm 20 miles off the coast hidden by the curvature of the earth and generating as much power as 2 Nuclear power plants will be phenomenal for our future. And UMO and BIW and CIANBRO are doing this right here in Maine with Maine labour forces-FINALLY, way to go.
It was a big undertaking to set up and I was just a worker making sure we had people there. It was supposed to be in December but the speaker was called by the white house to a meeting. Needless to say the cancelled us, I wonder why.
The snow day was last Sunday and the PATS were playing so some people stayed away, they missed the best one yet. (((((HUGS)))) Pat in Maine. THE WAY LIFE SHOULD BE!emoticonemoticon

Good afternoon!

Dot, I hope your appointment went well. I'm sure today's went well, waiting for results will be harder than the mammogram.

Mary Anne, are you sure you are in PA? lol. it is foggy up here too. I am glad I don't have to travel. My son, on the other hand has to be on the road in it. I hope it clears up before he leaves, especially where it is suppose to rain.

Heather! You are so gung ho! lol. I wish I had your energy!

It is getting close to art class time!! 2 more weeks. I saw one of the gals from class today, she came into Hannaford, and I think we are equally excited. I miss Monday nights at school. There is such energy in the room. It is so motivating. These breaks in sessions are downers. 3 of us and our hubbies went out for dinner one night, the night before New Year's Eve, and we must have sat at the table for 2 hours. It was nice to be in the same room with them again. lol.

Boy, is it foggy here today. With the snow we had over the weekend and now the temps up in the 50's, the fog just keeps getting thicker.

Dot, hope all went well. I've been down that road and have had to have lumps and calcification clusters removed but all were benign. It's just nerve wracking every time you go. Thinking of you and sending hugs.

Hello All,

I have to go for my Mammogram today at 10:15. I am kind of nervous because the last one I had done 2 years ago showed 4 lumps in my left breast. They only took a biopsy of one of them. It turned out to be negative. I was really happy. I don't know what happened to the other 3 though. I might ask them if I remember it. I am just hoping that they don't find any at all.

Since it's Sunday evening, I always go to my friends house to watch private practice and desperate housewives, so I didn't get back until after 10pm. I normally would do atleast 2 workouts, but you know....it's late! I did do my wii active because I'm on the 30 day challenge, and I did not want to start any skipping workout habits. Hi all! I'm back from Baltimore where we had snow followed by freezing rain and ice. Roads were okay coming back to PA today and my driveway had been cleared by one of my neighbors. I have awesome neighbors.

Rel, I agree it was very cold last night. It got down to 11 below here. I hope that we don't have too many more like that. We have had a warm winter thus far. So I guess we can't complain too much.

Hello All,

I know I haven't been on for a couple of days, but I am doing ok. I will be doing a blog either today or tomorrow explaining everything that has been going on with me for this past few weeks. But to just let you all know in case you don't get to see the blog, that my leg and foot is doing much better. I have stopped taking the antibiotics as of yesterday. I am not sure if anything else will pop up in that leg and foot. My foot doctor said that he thinks that it had something to do with my Diabetes and retaining fluids. My foot and leg are still a little discolored and I am hoping that it will return to its normal color soon. My foot doctor gave me the ALL CLEAR so I will just have to wait and see what if anything will happen again.

Thank you all for all the care wishes and support that you have given me. I really do appreciate it a lot.

Our weather is very strange. We currently are at 15 degrees outside. It is going on 2:30, and it is snowing lightly. We got some snow the other night, about 5 inches. The temps are suppose to be going up later.

I did a little shoveling yesterday when I got home from work, but it was with DH's snow scoop. It's really more like plowing along a big pile of snow at a time. Still a bit of a workout, but it doesn't last long because so much snow is moved at once and I'm just pushing it and not having to lift and toss anything. I had to do it so the little dogs could find a place to do their business. They came out with me, but ran out into snow that was over their backs and they just stood there,not knowing what to do! Once I plowed through a path for them, they came running behind me, doing what they needed to and I made more paths.

Today is running errands in Bangor and having a recall done on my car. Then back home for the rest of the weekend.

Really sore this morning. which is funny because I have been exercising everyday since the beginning of January and this is the first time I have been really sore! And, yesterday was rest day....oh right, the shoveling! lol. That would be why my arms are killing me. hmm. I should go shovel some more! lol
I used to put so much on my shoulders and feel so defeated when I didn't get it all accomplished, this time I am keeping it simple, just do my workout videos everyday, it's about 30 min a day! and whatever else I happen to get in is even better! Well the scale is showing it because at the beginning of the month I was 248 and Now i'm down to 235! Can't wait to get out of the 230's :)
Hubby has left with the two older kiddos to Myles' bball game then from there they are headed ice fishing with the scouts , so I stayed back with Merrick :) I've been online for a while now so it's about time to get off and make my breakfast juice, and clean, and hang out with my little cuddler :)

Good morning, all. I hope I'm the only one here with a cold! Came down sick Wednesday night. It's starting to get better this morning but my head is still blocked up. this morning I spent an hour out by the road with my bundled up 7 year old and my bundled up two year old, making a stand and shoveling the sidewalk. My 10 yr old son's school is walking distance so no bus is provided, but even worse, the town has decided the cost of plowing this 1/4 mile is too much to bother with. So I have to ask people to bring him to school, and bring him home from school, or he can bundle up and trudge through 2 ft of snow. Needless to say in that one hour I only made it about 15 ft! The first half hours was spent digging my way through a pile of snow that was as tall as me! I would have kept going but my 2 year old had been out there for an hour and wanted to go home. He said "c'mon mumma I hassa go!" lol. Well it was a great protest, I will continue any chance I get in hopes to make it all the way to the school. But hey it was a great workout! so I'm going to go log in that hour of exercise! :)

This hasn't been a good week for exercising after all....the cold I came down with drained my energy....but I have been eating better. There hasn't been anything really bad in the house for weeks. I had baked tons of stuff before Christmas since that's what I give for gifts to my sister, brother and my sister's grown kids and of course, we snacked on some of it. Everything is gone and I haven't baked anything except for our weekly bread.

I have to shop for more fruits, though. I see my drawer in the fridge is empty. Time to fill it up. We have a freezer full of veggies, but I could use some carrots for snacking on.

Snow is coming down lightly, so it's not a problem at all here. It should be an easy drive home later this afternoon.

Well, yesterday the printer in Unity quit just when I had a pile of paperwork to tend to. This morning the phone rang before 7 and a pipe had burst in an empty apartment, soaked the brand new carpet and leaked under the wall into the adjacent unit. Are we sure this isn't Friday the 13th?? Pipe fixed by plumber and maintenance man has rented a Rug Doctor to suck up the water; then fans to blow it dry, then a hole to patch in the closet wall. You'd think this was Monday...

Yesterday not a great food day, suddenly realized at 5:30 that DH had a supper meeting and the only thing in the house to fix for one was a frozen pizza... Started today with a bowl of fruit, so this should be a better day.

Snow has stopped here, doesn't look like too much accumulation, just enough to have to shovel. Happy winter!

SOOOO tired! just got in my workout , had such a busy day! I was so tired I don't think I gave it 100% but I did feel the burn and did get my heart rate up pretty well :)

I went to panera for lunch today, i'm fine with that since I very rarely go. Do you all still meet up there sometimes? Does miss Tika ever come around to post? :) She did a 5k with me on thanksgiving day. It was hilly, and icy! My time sucked. :/
Anyway, back to my food intake. lol. I had subway for dinner, a BMT. I go so rarely that i had to get my all time favorite sandwich! it was a 6 in. but I am trying to avoid processed meat. However I really only eat sandwich meat when I go to subway, which is very rarely!

I went out and bought plenty of veggies and fruits to juice tomorrow. and for a few days! :)

Libby! I got winded just reading your post! lol.

Good afternoon! I. AM. FREEZING. I gave the pellet stove a thorough cleaning after I got home from work, and had to empty out the ash pan. When I went to the garage to get the vacuum for the stove, I had my coat, but found it too cold for my liking. When I ran the ash pan out, I was in full snowsuit gear!

I joined the BLC18 team, and I lost a pound this week. That puts me back to 50 lbs gone! I find it a bit stressful to weigh in every week, in stead of "whenever", but I find I am more mindful what I eat. I got lax the last couple of years. Hit or miss losses. Not tracking. Not working out. I needed a kick in the pants, and I am getting one. lol.

Heather, I like my juicer. I tend to juice if I think I am going to lose the fruit or veggies. I agree, do not juice banana. They are not very juicy.

DH made blueberry muffins for breakfast, but he makes mine without sugar and just a touch of honey. Ate quick before a chiropractor appointment at 7:15 - I am not a morning person, so WHAT was I thinking??? Wednesday is my day to craft with "the girls" and then we go to lunch, but since they are all going to WW, we all try to make careful choices. Tutored my adult learner (which I do in a spare room at my husband's office) then went out to find the parking lot frozen over - not his job, but someone needs to sand there - it was like a slightly bumpy skating rink!

Work tomorrow and a possible trip to Portland to meet with a convention hotel about details. The weather got us last week, and it doesn't sound promising for this Friday; may have to telephone these initial questions and issues instead...

Started the day of right again. Got kiddos to school. juiced apple, orange, grapefruit and ginger root, and had a banana. (Don't juice bananas! ) :)

Hi everyone,

I've decided to weigh just monthly because everytime I get on the scale I am either disappointed because I didn't lose enough or.......I think........oh, I did so good this little cookie won't hurt anything! But then it doesn't stop at one cookie. So I am just going to eat right and exercise and not worry about if I am losing any weight! I know I feel better and that's what really matters. I have been doing 30 min on treadmill 3 times a week and 30 min on bike on same days then on the other days I do 45 min on bike and no treadmill. I usually take Sunday off. Hopefull I can stick with this schedule. It seems to be working great for now! Have a great Wednesday everyone. Good night!

Anyone near the gardiner/augusta area? :)

I made it to the gym tonight, burned 200 cals on the elliptical and 1 mile and 200 more cals on the treadmill. A little strength training and stretching.

Dranks loads of water today. Juiced 3 times! made a delicious pizza of 169 cals. anyone want the recipe? I also had some soup I had frozen in ready to grab portions sizes for when I get really hungry. :)

So it's been a very successful day!

Have a great nights sleep everyone! I wish I could but I always end up with my 2 year old in bed with me twisting in my hair all night (he has a slight hair fetish) lol

I haven't been getting my spark notifications from all the threads and this is one that was missing. There are folks on here that I have yet to "meet". I'm a missed placed Maine who now lives in PA. My folks are still in Maine so I am there quite often.

A morning of true confessions - I started the year with every hope of sticking to the January Challenge, but my computer is in a tiny office space and I really couldn't do the exercises right. So I must find another exercise outlet - time to dust of the elliptical again? Well, DH uses it, so I guess it isn't really dusty... With a careful eye toward food choices and portion size, I am still on a SLOW downward trend; slow and steady wins the race, I hope.

It finally looks like winter in central Maine, with some hope that it is going to warm up a bit. The furnace went out in church so for Sunday Mass it was 52 degrees - took two hours under the electric blanket in the afternoon to really warm up!

So nice to see so many 'old friends' here again - Betty, Patty, Heather (your Superman is adorable!), and others who stick around through thick and thin - Rel, Sandy, and the rest.

I just read the other messages I somehow missed from this morning :) I just want to say that I also find motivation in watching documentaries on health and fitness. I came into the new year not thinking "I vow to loose weight" but " I vow to treat my body better and to start to undo the damage I have done to it my entire life." last year I couldn't make it through one day without binging or eating something bad. Something has clicked this time. I've spent a lot of time researching different things and have just come to realize that I CAN do this. And this time I actually believe myself! :) So even if we can't find time to get our exercises in, we can control what we eat and we can still lose the weight :)

Good Morning Mainers. :)

I'm going to be better about staying connected with my teams, especially all my peeps from my home state. I need to stay connected to stay inspired to stay encouraged to stay on track.

This is the year, for once in my life, that I don't just talk about how great it would be to finally lose the weight, but to REALLY lose the weight. I'm about 45 pounds down and I've got about 80 more to go.

Busy people here. I had such good intentions, I had planned to come back here more often, to start going back to the gym....then life happened. My step dad had a stroke. He wasn't expected to make it, so it was a waiting game. I got busy around my house, cleaning, doing some painting in the living room myself, knitting, basically just sticking close to the phone when I wasn't at work.

Last Monday, he passed away. It's been another week of trying to keep it all together. My DD and grandson came up for the service and I spent a lot of time playing with Mitchell. He's 9 months old and he really brightened up a very gloomy, sad house. He lightened our hearts again and we're not so sad anymore. We miss my step-dad, but he loved the kids and they always made him happy, so we take our cues from his life.

Unfortunately, all that cuddling put me next to Mitchell's face and he sneezed on me one too many times. I have his cold and I'm starting to feel crappy. I'm not going to let that stop me, though. My plans were put on hold for 2 weeks, but it's time to get my life back to some sort of normalcy. I probably won't go to the gym today, but I can do some things at home. I have a terrible treadmill, but I can use it and listen to an audiobook while I use it.

Luckily, I have a ton of paperwork piled up to get through here at work, so I have plenty to keep me busy and moving, copying, mailing, filing, etc. Betting than having nothing to do and just sitting here playing online.

Things have to get better, I couldn't possibly have a worse start to my year, so I figure I will be able to lose the weight I gained back and then start working on continuing to lose the rest of the weight. I spoke with DS last night and he has gained back some weight he worked so hard to lose about a year ago. He's going to try to eat better and work out. I can help him with the eating part when he comes over and he'll be at my house tonight. I'll fix something healthy tonight.
