Name an excuse you have (for why you cannot lose weight, why you eat what you do, why you can't work out, why you can't lose weight, why you can't KEEP the weight off once you lose, it, why you can't drink enough water, why you can't get enough sleep), Then CHALLENGE the excuse!
EXAMPLE: (I'll start):
Excuse: I can't work out much since I had back surgery Chalenge: Walking and abdominal strengthening is actually GOOD for my spine, and will prevent future problems!
