I'm curious to know what all we natives are doing to lose weight. We are all here on SP, and hopefully tracking our food and using Sparkpeople's other wonderful tools. But are any of you following any specific lifestyle plans to lose weight?
Weight watchers points?
Alternative Day Diet?
Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem?

ME: Basically, eating high protein and low carb. Consuming no more than 1,200 calories a day, and shooting for 90 to 100 grams of protein daily, with equal or less carbohydrate grams, and around 30 grams of fat. I try to eat every 2 to 3 hours, very small amounts so that my blood sugar and insulin output remains stable. It's working! I"m 15 pounds from goal!
