NICOLE!!! I totally miss you! I've been MIA here on spark since everyone is gone :( Sorry. I'll find you on FB (even though you're a hater), so hopefully we can at least keep in touch that way. Congrats on school, that is AMAZING!!! Yay for the weddings booked too! That's so awesome. So... I know this is gonna sound, well... typical "me", but you should totally check out Chalene Johnson's PUSH. If nothing else, it has tons of info in in that would help with your business.

Let's see, as for me... I'm getting myself back on track. After Daniel visited, my Mom came 4 days later- so I've been eating out a LOT lately. These last two days of not eating out have been lovely. Mmmm... eating out is fun sometimes, but not all the time!

As for me, I'm not exactly sure what the plan is next. I've got lots of thoughts- but not 100% about anything. I've been sending in auditions to all kinds of theatres in the STL area... cross your fingers! I do want to move to STL so I can be closer to Daniel... he's kind of amazing. He makes me smile, and always knows how to make me laugh and cheer me up when I need a little something. :) I'm just all fuzzy thinking about him now.

But anyway- I've got a million and ten things to do today to get myself all caught up and back on track after all my visitors (visitors, on tour, WHAT?!?!). Take care, and lets chat again soon!

happy valentines day!!

oh my gosh i have been gone forever! lets see... i have finished wedding school, have four weddings set up with another planner. first im going to shadow her, then if she likes me, fill in for her assistant when shes gone. only down side is the first one isnt til may! but im just waiting for all my accredation from the school. appartenly most people take 3-12 to complete the program and i did it in a month, so the stuff i need comes to you in the second month of classes so i just have to wait for it. were making progress on the house remodling, it helps that chris is off like 3 days in a row so i can make him do housework and not feel bad for over working him lol. ok even tho i am a facebook hater (sorry) i did finally make one. mostly bc im waiting to make a real web site until the name is legally mine, but i wanted a business facebook page. its Fairytale Weddings and in lockport il if you want to see it, but to be honest there isnt alot there! or if you cant find it just look for my page (nicole nurczyk and its attached to that. many improvements to come!!

erin- i knew you would love the pole dancing class. its so fun! im glad you rocked you audition! hope ur having fun w daniel. when your done with tour are you going to live near him again?

sherri- that app is amazing i loved it for like 5 mins, then i got lazy lol. spark has a food scanner now too but its not as good. but maybe they have fixed it i got it awhile. i just wish they made an app for the boards bc its so hard to just do on my phone on the internet!

ok 3 goals.... this is hard ive just been running around trying to go everything. i dont even remember last months goals.. oh wow i made my life hard lets see what i had...


goals for jan
Sand first section of floor DONE
Organize 2 sections of basementNOPE
Finish first 5 sections of school -I'm done w 2 already! ALL DONE
Create generic business cards DONE
Take a bubble bath w chris once a week- week one check DONE
Cook a full healthy dinner once a week and eat it at the dining room table-week one check DONE

ok not too bad really. these were the goals i posted for the whole year
Finish remodeling house, except kitchen
Get house ocd organized
Have a 30 inch stomach
Figure out fitness plan
Have at least 2 clients in the books
Spend more quality time w my hubby
Go on honeymoon
Get out if debt save money
Whole family eat better

so with that in mind my feb goals are:
1. 2 healthy meals per week
2. 30 mins of exercise every weekend with mackenzie
3. less tv more cleaning, working out, doing business things, being productive etc.

ok thats all for now. i promise not to be away for so long i miss you girls. hope you have a wonderful valentines day with your sweeties!

Audition went really well. I had the chance to do some AWESOME networking, so that's great.

I'm going to be kind of MIA this weekend... Daniel is visiting!!! :) Yay! I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!

Hey Erin! How did your Audition go? How is everyone doing on their goals?? So far, so good for me. I am trying to eat more fruit which is actually a chore for me lol but I am slowly getting into it. Everything else is going great! Still love the Y! Nicole, how is your progress going with school??

Sherri- Add me girl! I'd love to check it out! Your goals look great- and I'm SUPER excited to see you ticker change :) Go us!

I did my second pole dancing class last night... it's super fun. I'm going to take another class next week, I believe, so... hurray for that! I may be addicted after these five classes... we'll see!

Okay- so my calorie deficit yesterday was 292. A little low, but better than nothing. I think I'm probably underestimating a bit... but I'd rather do that then over-estimate. 1400 is the BMR for someone of my height, age, and weight... but with the shows right now, we're pretty active.

This weekend is my big audition! Fingers crossed ladies!!!

Hey Erin! Nicole!

How is everyone doing?? Erin, have you tried those pole dancing classes?

Still going strong over here. I think I enjoy the change of workout. I have logged a complete month now of food - FIRST TIME EVER! I wanted to tell you Erin, I am in a facebook group with about 15 women who are very active and all different ages and it's very motivational! I would LOVE it if you joined. Just say the word. I knew a few from a pregnancy group and everyone has added a friend or two. We all just click well.

MY GOALS!
1. Try to eat at least 3 fruits a day
2. Eat one vegetarian meal a week
3. Lose 6 Pounds by end of this challenge!

My weight is 154! Oh yeah I get to change my ticker!!! Talk soon, lovelies!

Hey Ladies!
It's February- and time to gear up for our next challenge. So... what are your goals?

1. Track calories in vs. calories out every day this month! (I don't have a measuring device for normal daily- so I'm gonna use an estimated 1400 each day plus any I burn unless I can figure out a better number. I'm going for that weekly deficit of 3,500).
2. At least 5 servings of fruits/veggies every day (I'm touring again- so this HAS to be a goal so I can keep myself on track).
3. Start the 100 pushup challenge. (YIKES!) I've realized I need to do something to pump it up a notch, but I can't do something that is TOOO time costly. So, I figure- I'll start with doing some pushups three days a a week on my lunch break. I can do that, right?

Let's see... other than that- has anyone found any awesome DVDs lately? I need to add a little variety into the mix. I'd LOVE to get some short things as well (10-20 min) that I can do in "extra" time for a little extra oomph here and there.

Here we go. February is coming- ready or not!
