I have been having really bad cravings atm. I am a week into a low-carb routine and it has started to drive me nuts. I will have bread, but only burgen 'women's wellbeing' soy and linseed wholemeal bread which also has phycoestrogens in it. I limit myself to 2 slices p/day of that.
But when I'm making dinner and I'll be making the boyfriend pasta with cheese sauce and all that stuff in it I'm like "Mhmm babe can you eat that all before I eat it" haha.
Anyone got any advice for this? Carbs are my weakness!
