I started for a month on metformin back in April at 250mg, I had one tummy upset the second day on it. After that everything was fine. I lost 16lbs. I moved up to 500mg and o my, I could not pull myself out of bed on the 3rd day of it and I was constipated bad. So my thing is maybe I only need the 250mg I felt great no sugar cravings, I ate half of my food.
Now I have used Cinnamon w/ Chromium I never noticed a whole lot, and maybe becuase I started at 1 pill a day being like 500mg instead of 1,000 so what have you all used to help with using met or the supplements.
