Thanks sis. I don't have issues most days, but every once in a while, it just sneaks up! But that's a good thing to remember - read the nutrition value. That will keep me from eating it. Because THEN I think of how long I have to work out to get it off! emoticon

FRECKLESRLUV remember that we all mess up sometimes. Don't beat yourself up too much over it. You know what you have to do to get back on the train. Just balance it out over the next couple of days. We all have weak moments, I know I have them. One thing that helps/deters me from Micky D's is to actually go in vs the drive through and to ask for the nutritional value handout that they have. I sit there and think about what I am going to be eating and sometimes it deters me and sometimes it doesn't but when it doesn't I don't feel as guilty as if i would have just gotten the usual

I have to remember that I will have Mcdonald's again, but I need to learn how to limit myself. That's a good call on just a hamburger and small fries. Then I can have a little taste, but not go over board. I felt to guilty about that last visit that I worked out for two hours the next morning! Thanks for the support!!!

I can SO relate with you! My son loves McDonald's reg. hamburgers, ketchup only and fries. When he begs for them I get him 2 with small fries. But sometimes I'm hungry too! So I limit myself to ONE small cheeseburger and SMALL fries. It's around 550 calories total for both. That way I can plan to eat healthier for dinner when I pig out at lunch like that. Oh yeah, and then really work out at the gym!

I am so disappointed in myself today. I was doing so well all week - stayed within my ranges, worked out Monday-Thursday (twice on Thursday), and had balanced meals until I got in the car. On my way, I passed McDonald's and it was calling me. Before I knew it, I was ordering two (yes two) double cheeseburgers and a small fry. After I woofed them down, I was so sad. Sad that I had given in. Now I have to pay for it at the gym tomorrow.

So, tomorrow I'll work out, and I'll be ok for the next few days. But what do I do when it happens again - the temptation? This is so hard. emoticon
