I am so disappointed in myself today. I was doing so well all week - stayed within my ranges, worked out Monday-Thursday (twice on Thursday), and had balanced meals until I got in the car. On my way, I passed McDonald's and it was calling me. Before I knew it, I was ordering two (yes two) double cheeseburgers and a small fry. After I woofed them down, I was so sad. Sad that I had given in. Now I have to pay for it at the gym tomorrow.
So, tomorrow I'll work out, and I'll be ok for the next few days. But what do I do when it happens again - the temptation? This is so hard.
