Lost it before and want to get it back off. Also, want to be a little slimmer for 25th Birthday and first class reunion in a couple of years.
Obviously, we want to lose weight for our health, but what else? What other reasons do you want to shed those unwanted pounds? Is it for your birthday, an anniversary, a vacation? For me, I want to lose weight so I can fit back into all my size 8 clothes. I lost the weight once, then gained it back. Now I need to get back down so I can feel comfortable in my clothes again. Also, my 35th birthday is in September, so it would be great to be in the best shape of my life by then.
