This may sound strange...but I what to feel comfortable in my own skin. I always feel like I have to hide my body, wear a large shirt to hide the rolls, etc. I would love to love the way I look, and when I choose clothing, just pick something I like, not pick something according to how much fat it hides. My other goals are to be a better wife and mother....always room for improvement there. Also, I want to be a better friend to my friends. Sometimes I let life get so busy I don't stop to talk or get together with my friends for a long time. I need to nurture my friendships more. I also have spiritual goals, I would like to increase my time volunteering in my Christian ministry. I put these goals all down in writing for the first time after I read the Spark. I didn't even know I had these goals until I took the time to think about it.

My goal is to eat healthy so that I can do things I love with my grandchildren without getting so tired. I also want to get back into the clothes that I bought just 3-4 year ago when I lost 34 pounds. I want to look and be the best I possibly can be.
