Karine, I'm glad things are going well for you. Praying your husband heals quickly and well. It's great that your mom is settled and happy. Great job on the weight loss. Good luck with your journey. Glad you checked in.

Hi Karine! It's to hear from you! So glad to hear that your Momma is finally close to you, and that she is looking better than ever! Praise God! Prayers of speedy recovery for your Hubbie! So glad to hear that through all of that, you still have managed to find some time for yourself! That's sO important! The Live It's team is not what it once was. I am still in occasonal contact with Aimee, Rachel, and Denise, but the team itself has seemed have slowed way down! I still post the daily challenges, and Kristi my new co~leader has been doing an awesome job the last few months posting the weekly challenge. Denise and Rachel have been sharing the In Christ Challenge, but activity within the team is low. I am praying it will snap back again soon. Please stay in touch with us! Even if we do not plan a, "GET TOGETHER" you and everyone else for that matter, is welcome to come visit me here in FLORIDA any time they like! I would love a work out buddy for a day or two! Love you girl. Keep up the work, you know only things can come from it! Post some PICS will ya? Love, Donna

Oops! I think I posted this as a blog by mistake. It was supposed to be a message to all my Wildflowerr's LIVE-It's.
This is directed to my dear friends & family on the Wildflower's Live Its Team:
I am forever grateful to each of you for all the love & support you have shown me. If it wasn't for Spark, I don't think I would ever have felt there was any hope for me to be released from my inner prison. I've seen my sisters meet, exceed & maintain their goal weight over & over again. I learned how to document every morsel of food that went into my mouth. I learned how to exercise (and enjoy it!).
I dropped out of the communication loop for a long time while I was weathering several personal storms. But, as always, the Lord has brought me through to the other side with few battle scars. My mother is now in a nursing home very close to me and thriving. She looks better than ever & that makes me so happy.
My husband recently had major back surgery & it was very successful. Although he has a long recovery ahead of him, we are happy that it is all downhill from here. (He gets his stitches out on Thursday.)
I have joined a local Weight Watchers group. I find documenting everything I eat is much easier for me on Weight Watchers. It's a simpler program & so much is already in the points system. I now have it on my computer & my iPhone. Every morsel that goes into my mouth gets tracked. (Spark trained me well.) I joined on Feb. 23rd of this year & have lost steadily every single week. My biggest loss was 5.2lbs and my smallest was .4lbs. Needless to say, I'm doing my happy dance every week.
I will check in with my favorite team from time to time. And I hope I am invited to any and ALL events that my team participates in. I just won't be tracking on Spark.
Please know I'm sending out HUGE Hugs & warm kisses to everyone. I love you ALL!!!!
In Him, Karine
