since september I had to find a new routine, since I've started a course for teacher. This means I couldn't train as much as I did.
I'm a bit in denial, and I'm scared to step on the scales. I've have set some new goals, one for my birthday in march (to lose 3 kg) and one for the next summer (i want to run a 10k).
How are you doing? Have you special plans to overcome the holidays without gaining to much?
Have you already thought about new goals for 2014?
