since september I had to find a new routine, since I've started a course for teacher. This means I couldn't train as much as I did. I'm a bit in denial, and I'm scared to step on the scales. I've have set some new goals, one for my birthday in march (to lose 3 kg) and one for the next summer (i want to run a 10k).
How are you doing? Have you special plans to overcome the holidays without gaining to much? Have you already thought about new goals for 2014?

True, it was much more difficult to exercise regularly these past months because my usual classes had a summer break.
Now I'm back to my flamenco and Pilates class every week and it does make a difference ! I'm also back on track with the intermittent fasting twice a week. I gained about 1 kg during the summer so it's not too bad. I hope to break through the plateau of 57 kg before the end of the year but I'll just have to wait and see.
Hey everyone! How are you all doing? It's summertime, although for the moment not so hot anymore, I find it hard to stay in my routine! For almost the entire month of july I didn't move, exercised at all! so the guilt started kick me in the but. so I have weighed myself and hang a motivation sheet up with a squat and crunch challenge for the rest of the month! I also motivated myself with three basic words: strength, lean, and fit! I hope this will help to get back on track!
I've started 2013 with new energy and motivation. During the holidays I've gained a bit, so I thought it was time for a new detox diet for two weeks to jump into a new and healthy habit. The two weeks are over now and I've lost 3kg! Some more kilo's to go to reach my goal.
i'm still going 5 times a week to the gym (since i've lost my job I have plenty time). And recently I've started to crochet! A new hobby and immediatly competly addicted to it.

My 'baby' is 18 months today. I am starting to work again 2 days/week in February. We will see how it works out. Some days I am looking forward to it, but days like today when I feel exhausted, I don't feel motivated to start.
I lost all my baby weight and reached my goal somewhere in October, but then we went to Israel on vacation, the the cold weather and holidays made it that I gained a bit. I would like to lost 5 pounds.
