I've lost 5 kilo's in only 2 weeks and now I would do anything to not gain them back! now i'm about the same weight as you and also trying to lose some more! :-)

Hi everyone, it's been a while since I logged on the site but I really need to lose weight so I mean to use every bit of help I can get ;o) I hope this time I will succeed ! Instead of losing weight I've been gaining so I really need to act now ! After watching a BBC documentary by medical journalis Michael Mosley I got very interested in 'Flexible Intermittant Fasting', the cheapest and easiest way of losing fat and getting my cholesterol levels down. I've started doing just that two weeks ago and it looks promising. My hubby is joining me which is really great. We can motivate each other ;o) I'll keep you posted on our progress. I'm Olga, I live and study in Leuven, I like SP a lot, the tools are very handy. For upcoming months for me the challenge is to build-up some running ability and to do a 10k in the end of the summer. I also put an effort in healthy eating.

well done! Sparkpeople is indeed a great site! Everytime I join I lose weight.. The challenge for me will be to regularly login at the site once I have a new job! Now I sit at home and have lots of time to check the site.

I'm new to the group. I live in Ghent. I'm ready to work at my weight! I go to the gym since 2 years now but hasn't lost many weight. I guess it's more important that I feel more healthier and stronger. In 2012 it's a goal to eat also healthier.
