Hello Everyone, I am finding myself buckling easier into Millennium Force and Top Thrill Dragster - but the scale doesn't read as well as it did a few months ago. Reality is I haven't been recording or watching what I eat lately - I've let myself get into a non-ending vacation mode and will be stopping that immediately.
On a side note - did the 5K at Cedar Point yesterday - walked most of it with my son, but it was fun and a better family focus than eating lots of food.
