Those are some Great Points Summer Bug - I was at Cedar Point for a few hours yesterday, we weren't necessarily power walking, but we did a lot of walking. I hope to make it back this coming weekend (final weekend of the year) and turn on the GPS Garmin software for my Droid - that will give me an idea of much I'm really doing! Has anyone else tried that?

Visiting theme parks can be part of a healthly livestyle! For one, it gets you off the couch and walking around a theme park, which is good exercise! The meals can be healthy if you choose wisely from the menus. Many parks have websites with menus that one can peruse before going. I can't think of a better way to get a little exercise than walking around in a theme park (and riding a few coasters gets my blood pumping!).
