Soup - (just received and wanted to share with all of you!
Heat 1-2 TBSP Olive Oil and add 1 TBSP of Chopped Garlic, 1 Large Chopped Carrot, 1 Small Chopped Onion- Brown these.
In the Mean time- I mix up 2 cups of Low Sod Chicken Broth. and pour it in as soon as the veggis are browned or softened to your taste.
I then add 1 can of chopped tomoatos or some tomato paste and some more water (I like the chopped tomotos the best). I also add 3 TBSP of Worechestershire Sauce, and 1 TSBP of dried Italian Seasoning. I also like to add some hot pepper flakes but you can add whatever you like
I add chopped cellery, chopped zuchini, chopped cabbage and mushroom, Let these simmer for about 20 minutes and it is done.
I some times add small potatos, sweet potatos or accorn squash as well. You can use whatever veggis you want.
