Currently in the process of reading it. My mother's xmas gift to me by request. It is almost like a diet book for dummies. I also record Opra and watch Dr. Oz when scheduled. He really puts things in perspective.
I haven't read it, but I have seen it. I have read SuperFood RX and SuperFood Health Style which are extremely informative. They are about foods that are not just good for you, but that can actually improve your health in many ways. What is the basis of You:On a Diet?
Has anyone read the book by Dr Oz. I was impressed by the book. I found it very informative. I change a lot of things in my diet. I liked the way it broke down everything chemically.
