A little late, but better late then never I guess. We did two dives in Negril in March. The diving there is wondeful. Although not quite as spectacular or exotic as other locations, it is definately worth a trip. Water was very warm and clear. A lot of basket coral. Many fish varieties seen. I even had a Remora take a liking to me. Followed just below my weight belt for the entire first dive. Saw a Puffer fish and an Octopus for the first time. A lot of black Anamanies as well. It was great!!
Welcome! I've never dove in Jamaica, only Cozumel. I'll be going to Curacao in March and am looking forward to it! Hope someone can give you some info on where you are going. Please join us in the Narced Lounge, where we do most of our chatting!
I am a person of infinite possibilities and dreams.
Hello all. This is my first post so please be kind :) My wife and I are both scuba divers. Both fairly new at it. Have dived in Cozumel and Key West. We are going to Jamaica in March and staying in Negril. We plan on diving at least twice. Has anyone ever gone diving there? Should we look for a specific place or dive company?
