IT IS a great place to start your diving ...I call it my home away from home
Diving is my goal, too. In fact, in March WHEN I reach my goal, we're going to start planning our trip. In the Narced Diver's Lounge some of the team members have just been talking about Cozumel and I think that would be a great place to begin my diving 'career'.
To make this work for the long term
LET IT TAKE TIME
ONE DAY AT A TIME
ASK FOR HELP WHEN NEEDED
WHEN YOU CAN'T FOCUS ANYMORE, EAT.
Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.
Short term goal: Lunch
Long term goal: Dinner

Thanks for the invite! although I joined SP on the 1st, tomorrow, the 14th, is going to be my 1st official day of the program. Figured out the diet, did the grocery shopping and I am joining the gym tomorrow. My sister gave me a 3 month membership to her gym. I guess no more exercise excuses. This is it! My reward is going to be to learn how to dive. I love snorkeling some much that snorkeling isn't enough. I want to see and do more. Wish me luck!
