Walking around Pittsburgh Zoo is fun. All those hills are good exercise and you get to see the animals. And especially the Aquarium. My favorites are the tiny Sea Dragons (look like feathery sea horses). They look like something out of Harry Potter or a book about Fairies. Fun to watch.

Well, that's what I call it. It's pretty much just putting on some upbeat music (typically some old pop music!) and jumping around my room. Basically, I just move around to the beat--maybe I'll even throw in some jumping jacks or jog in place--for a while. I aim for at least 20 minutes of my "dance-ercising" (which is about 5-6 songs).
*shrug* No one can see me in my room so IDC if I look a fool. By the end, I'm normally sweating buckets and my heart is pounding.
