Congratulations on your 5lbs! I've done the cleanse a couple of times, the first time was great no headaches, cravings or anything. The last one was awful- headaches cravings!!. The first one I started weaning myself off of sugar and caffiene before I started, I really think that helped instead of cold turkey. I'm a junk food junky!!

From what i understand you are suppose to continue the day 11-24 until you reach your goal. I'm advisor and have been in for several years but have had very little help from my upline. There is a Advocare: choose to loose group on facebook that has been very helpful with information on different products and ways to take products.

Good luck on the rest of the challenge!!

I started this last Wednesday the 29th and its going pretty well, the headaches are gone, but that's not to say they won't return. The food isn't really any different from what I'd normally eat, but it seems like more food than I'd usually eat. I'm down almost five pounds, but my period is due to start and I'm thinking I chose the wrong week to start, I hope this doesn't halt my progress. I do feel a little lost as to what to do after day 24, my distributor is just that and not a coach, any tips/tricks or suggestions on what to do after the challenge?

What products are you using? I keep seeing all these amazing results in 3 months and am wondering how they are getting them. I know my diet is not where it should be but was hoping the products would help with the cravings. Have you tried any of the performance products, o2, or any of the bars? I can tell when I miss taking something, I dont have the energy like when I do.

Seriously, DEANNATN, your results since April 29th are awesome!!! Over a pound a week is good, slow, steady progress that'll last. (at least, that's what I've always heard. :-)

I was a klutz with the supplements, so I set recurring alarms on my phone with each one named what I was suppposed to take (11:30am - MNS color. 12:00pm - MNS white and lunch, etc).

"Eating better but not perfect and exercising more" is where we all need to be. We can't be perfect all the time, just try for the best we can be, right? Get back up when you fall (ie cave in to a craving). Don't beat yourself up, just dust yourself off and keep going. emoticon

I still haven't taken measurements, but weighed this morning (1 week after the end of my 24 day challenge) and I'm down 2 tenths of pound. LOL That's with "eating better but NOT exercising." (oops) I haven't taken any of my remaining supplements this week, but the 3 weeks of paying attention to my eating is paying off...I'm making better food choices when we're eating out (Oh, the plumbing drama is over, but overall it resulted in eating out 2.5x more than normal this month). And drinking WATER at restaurants again instead of of Dr. Pepper or sweet tea! (I think I've kicked the soda habit again...for the 3rd time in my adult life).

But this weekend I'm going to completely blow up all my hard work...we're staying in a really nice restaurant Friday night with a cooked-to-order breakfast and then spending Saturday at a festival with lots of yummy food. (and at some point I have to slip in a trip to Starbucks since we don't have them here). Of course, being outside and walking all day I'll sweat out all the extra calories, right?

Happy Tuesday, ya'll!! emoticon

My 24 day challenge didnt go so well. I couldnt get the eating part down, had really bad cravings and gave in to most of them. I started back on the supplements on April 29. Have been eating better but not perfect and exercising more. Since April 29, I'm down 4lbs and 3 inches in waist and 5 1/2 in hips! I'm shocked!! I'm taking mns3- which half the time I dont remember to take all of them. 6-9 catalyst a day and spark. I was taking Thermoplus but have noticed major mood swings with that- like pms mood!

Hows everyone else doing?

So today was day 23 of my 24 day challenge...and I totally bombed it. emoticon

I've had some extra stress going on lately and have done fairly well dealing with it, but adding 14 days of "plumbing drama" was just too much and when the plumber (who was supposed to be here last Thursday) didn't show up until 3:09pm today, I wasn't a happy camper. The water pressure in this place is repulsive...it's difficult to wash off fresh fruits and veggies when you can't get enough water out of the kitchen sink to rinse a light dusting of soap suds off your hand!!! They think they found the problem & MIGHT finish up tomorrow, but when he left this afternoon after being here merely two hours, there is absolutely NO water coming out of the kitchen faucets.

Zilch. Zero. Nada. emoticon

Needless to say, we headed to town for supper. :-) My husband has let me choose eating locations for the past 3 weeks (ok, he's MADE me choose, and I really don't like making that decision!!), and tonight was no exception. I told him "I want junk. I do NOT want a salad." Yep, I'm a total loser! He asked if I meant McDonalds, and I said NO! I just don't want a salad...I don't want JUNK food! LOL

So we settled on "George's Place"...pizza, sandwiches, gyros, salads, steaks, whatever. I opted for a turkey & bacon wrap - with french fries. emoticon Let me tell you, that wrap was h.e.a.v.e.n.l.y!!! Just turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo...oh, and bacon. Maybe that was the yummy part. ha And it was hot (well, really warm) and absolutely hit the spot.

And yes, I ate the french fries...well, some of them. Seriously, something must be WRONG with my stomach because I didn't WANT to eat all of them! Soooo strange...hmmmmm... emoticon

However...now I feel horrible. Not guilty, just yucky. I feel like I ate crap food. I really didn't...well, I guess the french fries just MIGHT be considered crap food, right?

Anyway, just wanted to confess. If it's not too wilted, I'll eat last night's leftover salad for lunch tomorrow....or maybe just a bowl of plain oatmeal. emoticon That is if I feel like it's smart to add more dirty dishes to the growing pile waiting on the plumber to make everything right again. (OH! You say I could wash the dishes in the bathtub? What a novel idea!)

I found the fiber drink (mine was citrus as well) went down MUCH easier if I drank it immediately after mixing it up (I use a Tupperware shaker thingy). Basically, I tip it up and don't stop inhaling it until it's gone...makes it easier to get it past my taste buds.

My first day I mixed it up and set it down and by the time I got back to it I just about needed to use a spoon to get it out of the container. LOL

I'm a visually oriented left-brained accountant-type (everything has to balance out)...so when I got my 24Day Challenge product I printed a calendar listing the times i need to take supplements/drinks and snacks and meals. (OK, so I actually used planner pages, but I'm a bit of a fruitcake. It does give me space to record food and water intake too.) Anyway...I went one step further and made packets for each day (used sandwich size ziplocs) with a piece of paper inside to indicate Monday Tuesday etc. This way I didn't have dig thru the boxes each morning and try to remember if I was taking the fiber drink or the probiotic restore, etc. LOL I'm sure most people didn't have the same problem, but my day starts earlier than my brain wants to kick into gear. Heehee.

Good luck sorting thru and getting started!!!

Ooh - I know that feeling, TRUST me. If it weren't for my kiddos' sports and scouts schedules, I would be a work-a-holic, and NOT because I want to. Just because there is ALWAYS something else to be done. Yuck.

Thanks! I meant to measure inches today but I snagged the tape to take with me yard saling Saturday and can't remember where I put it when I got home and didn't feel like checking pockets etc. LOL

My problem with going for a walk is just my work schedule...once I'm out the door 20-30 min is a breeze. Its just a matter of "I need to get this done before I leave" mentality, and then I get an urgent email, etc. But I MUST start putting myself ahead of work. :-).

Seriously awesome results so far! How many inches have you lost?

I would say those food choices are spectacular. Especially if you were able to pretty easily resist the urge to splurge and head to the more healthy options - that takes serious will power!

emoticon
Keep pushing yourself to get those walks into your day. It can be tough, but 20 minutes? So easy. Especially if you break it down into 2 - 10 minute walks!

Day 15 - down 5.6 lbs. Probably would be more, but I've only exercised twice (two 20 min walks) and I'm still drinking one or two cups coffee (with coconut milk creamer) each day.

BUT...my willpower when it comes to food is MUCHLY improved. :-) At a birthday party Saturday and passed up the cake and ice cream and sodas and MOST of the chips (I did eat some of the Sun Chips that I'd contributed). One night last week we ate at a buffet and I walked right past the chocolate fountain and the rice krispy treats (my FAVORITE) and ate two helpings of salad and a hunk of steak & steamed veggies. No fried foods. I'm sure it wasn't the "idea" 24-day challenge food choices, but I was pretty proud of myself for resisting!

Saturday night we got in late and were starving so stopped at Subway. I could NOT stand the thought of yet another salad (I'd already eaten two from Wendy's that day) so ordered a turkey breast sub on 9-grain bread, but I only ate two bites of the bread while I was eating the meat and veggies off of it.

Now I need to work on pushing my work/job aside to continue caring for ME better...as in getting some exercise/walking into my daily routine. Working from home has its advantages, but right now it's gotten completely out of control. LOL

BZIRLOTT - if you're just starting your challenge, Gray Lady is right - lots of water!

Take your MNS packets at the right times, stick to the eating plan as close as possible, get 30+ minutes of exercise each day, and most importantly - don't be too hard on yourself!

A great rule that my team uses is the 100/80 rule - try to be 100% on your plan at least 80% of the time. More if you can, but I know I am not perfect. This helps mentally not get down if you get off the eating plan for a meal one week or skip workouts 2 days in a row or something like that.

Also, don't rely on the scale alone. Take other measurements, pay attention to how you feel, how your clothes fit, and how you look, etc.

Best of luck!

Any advice for someone new to Advocare? I will be starting the cleanse on Thursday (my students are taking their state assessments the first part of the week and I don't think I could handle the stress plus the cleanse), lol.

I imagine your blood sugar was doing cartwheels with that little food and no protein. I know some days are like that, but good for you, someone probably would have found me in a corner covered in pizza sauce and powdered sugar. haha.
Are you a lawyer or paralegal? I am taking paralegal classes now. Being in school is pretty rough after all these years. The stress makes me want to eat, I am trying to get in the habit of exercising instead, doing a few squats or running up the stairs helps sometimes. Hopefully, I will graduate next year if I stay on track. Then it will be job stress. (Well, if I'm lucky.)
The chia pudding tasted good, but the texture was a little odd. I didn't mind, but I was really craving a sweet treat.

I had a horrible day on my cleanse :( .. I got to work usually I settle in and eat my breakfast while checking email but I was called into an emergency meeting with my boss and we spent the whole day preparing for a court case ... From waking up until right now (6:41 pm) I've had black berries , two sparks, and a Baggie of grapes :( not good for 13 hours .... I'm about to go enjoy dinner though and will get back in track tomorrow...

Let us know how the pudding comes out a treat like that sounds good

A motivation journal sounds like a great idea, too. I come across quotes and things all the time and then forget them!
Sounds like your are having a rough time this week. Good job sticking with the plan.Times like those make it hard to remember that it will all be worth it in the end. But it is, and you can make it!
Our weather has turned cold again, and that makes me want to eat comfort food that I know I shouldn't. I have been pretty good at trying to find alternatives. I found a pudding recipe today that is just chia seeds and almond milk. I'm going to try it, it's non-dairy and healthy. I'm stressing today and really want a treat, so we'll see.
Good luck, I hope your week gets better.

I love the idea of a gratitude journal... I do a motivation one where I jot down quotes etc that inspire me and, when I need inspiration, I flip back through it...

I've been having a HORRIBLE week! Not only is everything insane (6 year old acting like he has hormones of a 13 year old etc...), but I have been INSANELY hungry all week and haven't been exercising! I feel awful!

Fortunately, my order came in yesterday and I had ordered the MNS C (I usually take the 3, but have been having too many hungry days)... taking it today and, although I've still had moments, I notice a HUGE difference! I haven't broken my plan today, so I'm pretty happy! Now, if I can get through dinner and get the kids in bed with enough energy left to put on my exercise clothes I'll be home free!!! emoticon

I used to keep a gratitude journal, don't know why I quit. I happen to be a believer, so it was very much a reflection of my religion. I love the idea of focusing on what is right instead of what's wrong. Thanks for the reminder.

I like that idea!!! I could have used that last year... I think it's something I might have to implement. It would be good to go through and reflect on when having a bad day.

So day 4 on my cleanse had kinda started bad :( I did great until my meeting this morning when everyone passed around mini snicker cupcakes ( UM DROOL) then I ordered the turkey plate from the cafeteria with turkey and two sides of steamed Brussels sprouts. When I got it to my office it was turkey , sprouts and barley pilaf .... I ate he turkey and sprouts but did have a few bites of the pilaf :/.... Ill be good from now on I actually feel bloated now :(

A friend of mine keeps a gratitude journal where once a day, she writes down what she is grateful for. Very related to religion, but it doesn't have to be if you don't want it to be.

It's a good exercise to say what you are thankful for - especially if it's something you wouldn't normally automatically think of as a "good" thing!

Thanks Ladies, I am on the MNS3. I kind of wish I had gotten the E since my energy has slumped so much. But since it is this close to the end, I will just keep on with these. I weighed and have gained 2 lbs. after having lost 7, that is a bit of a downer after trying to eat so well. I am not getting enough exercise, I know. I went from completely sedentary to doing some treadmill walking, and doing videos on here a few times a week. I try to mix it up, cardio, yoga, balance ball, etc., and just getting out and walking. Guess I'm just feeling a little down after expecting results like others have had. But I'm looking at the bright side, it led me to join this site and really take stock of what I have been doing to myself. I will make it, I just have to find what works for me.

I totally agree with Misstres_nicci, the MNS packs have alot to do with it too. Dustin was on the energy one and i tried it all the energy i had made me shaky and i ended up eating alot because i wanted to move around and be up. I was on the appetite one and i didnt care for it. this time I'm trying the 3.

GRAYLADY - I think the suggestions on here to modify or remove the shakes are good ones. You might also try the new Dark Chocolate one that's vegetarian (or is it vegan?), if the shakes are the problem, that one might not have whatever it is that you are sensitive to.

Also, what MNS system are you using? I can only stomach the MNS3. The E gives me too much energy for my desk job (I want to get up and MOVE, when I need to be sitting and concentrating), and the A makes me queasy all the time. The 3 was spot on for me, sounds like goldilocks, right?

What are your workouts like during the week? Are you doing the Can You 24 DVD series, or walking, or weights or anything? That can impact your energy levels as well...

Don't get discouraged! Even if the challenge only helps you modify your eating habits - that is a GOOD change to make! And Spark People is all about making lifestyle changes in ways that are DOABLE. :-)

Good to know I'm not alone, SAM1AM1977. I was hoping to have some really good results, but it looks like I will be using it as a catalyst to move me in the right direction with my eating. That is a plus, I don't know the last time I went this long without sugar! I can't see giving it up forever, but maybe getting it out of my system will help me to go back to it in moderation. I appreciate the support, thanks.

Graylady - I had a little bit of the bloating and not cleansing part this last time (my second time), but I was using the Peaches and Cream - first time I used citrus. I actually ended up adding in extra fiber during the day and it seemed to help with the cleansing part...

I didn't loose much on the burn phase... but I also didn't work out like the plan showed. I used the system more to get myself back in the right mindset and jumpstart my kicking sugars etc.

I have been pretty rigid so far, except for when the fiber got to be too much. But you may be right about the shakes. I may just be sensitive to something in them. Thanks for the advice, I will just concentrate on eating clean and do what I can as far as the Advocare goes. emoticon

maybe try removing the meal replacement shake all together and just continue eating like your on the cleanse however you can stat bringing in brown rice and whole wheat tortillas and sweet potatoes. the max phase was too much for my husband too he didnt finish it, infact i think he only did 3 days. I coudlnt remember to take all the supplements so i just tried to stick to the meal plan and take the supplements wheni remembered

Thanks for the response, MRSCURTIS12:
I had the citrus fiber, I think it was just too much for my system. Everyone was telling me how great I would feel on the max phase, but not so far. I mix the shakes with water, the first couple of times I took them, I felt sluggish, but not bad, now they upset my stomach, so I can't take them everyday. My energy levels aren't any better, I am adding a second Spark in the afternoon when it gets too bad, but I was hoping to find a way to naturally increase my energy and health without so many products. I will continue on for the rest of the challenge, but I'm getting discouraged.

I want to get on there today and see if they sale the watermelon alone. I'm trying the tangerine today. My Husband liked it. I tried the raspberry tea on sunday... not a fan at all, buts its spark and I'm not gonna waste it lol =(.

GRAYLADY: I'm sorry your experiencing this. I wish i could make a suggestion . I'm on my second cleanse (only two days in) and i had fantastic results with the first one. Which fiber drink are you drinking? my husband felt very bloated when he was on the cleanse... the difference between us was i has peaches and cream fiber and he had citrus. As far as the weight gain goes , i started to experience that too during the MNS phase ... i stopped the meal replacement shake and was better again. i have an intolerance to gluten and dairy and it was messing my system up. this was partially my fault as i was mixing the shake with skim milk. What are you mixing your shake with?

Amanda Curtis

I am not sure what is going on! I am on day 17 of a 24 day challenge. During the cleanse phase, I bloated really badly and didn't "cleanse". My advisor told me to cut back on the fiber drink, which I did and that helped some. I started on here tracking my food, and by day 3 on the max phase I had lost 7 lbs. but gained an inch in my waist! Now it's day 17 and I have gained 2 lbs back. and am really tired, bloated and just feel yuck! Everyone talks about the energy and health coming back, along with the weight loss, NOT my experience at all. Any ideas?

I've struggled recently with the C25K program because I haven't been exercising like I want to due to the nausea and fatigue (fun times). I'm worried when I get more energy to get in there that I'll be totally messed up! Last time I did it was the jog 10, walk 3, jog 10... Maybe I'll repeat that one once or twice to get back into it.

SAM1AM - I try to run in conditioned space as often as I can! It's a down-side when it comes to race time, but I like my air conditioning, thank you very much. HA. Giving up caffeine is tough... For sure. Spark is a life-saver! And hot tea with milk and honey can replace that comfort feeling of a hot cup in your hands (at least for me).

MRSCURTIS - I love the watermelon one! And the Tangerine! Yum! Not a HUGE fan of the raspberry tea one... But it's not bad. When it gets over 100, I wimp out, even if I'm signed up for a race. Or I just walk it like a wuss!

Ohhh I know how hot Texas can get lol. I'm from Georgetown tx. We currently live in San Diego ca , his leg of the run was through Death Valley in baker ca. Last year they had this run at the end of April and it was 106 degrees (we were miserable) this year it was only 93 degrees so still hot but much more tolerable.

I started with the C25k but found I liked the ease to 10k so I've been sticking to this one... It is hard though to stay motivated. I have feet problems and a hip problem (had hip surgery at the age of 11) so I get real sore after running I have to push myself to go again the next day. It's way to easy to allow myself to use my hip as an excuse to not go.

On a totally non related note... I just tried he watermelon spark for the first time and I have to day YUMMMM!!! So good!

Happy Monday, all!
I love the C25K and the ease to 10 K programs! I have used them both and am, kind of, using them now for my 1/2 marathon training plan. My only problem with most plans is that I get off plan and then struggle to jump back in.
And I cannot IMAGINE running in the temps you two are talking about! I die when it's over 65 and I try to run! lol

This weekend, I decided to give up coffee again (always feel better, but miss the flavor/comfort feeling it gives me)... so I'm all ready for it... and pull out my Spark and I had 1 serving left!!! Needless to say, I did not give up coffee this weekend, but limited it to 1 cup/day. Spark should be here today or tomorrow... then I'm off!

How fun!! And hot... I don't know about there, but it's already 90 degrees here in DFW, Texas!

I have been using the Couch 2 5k program to get back into running, and I LOVE (and hate) it!

Sorry MISTRESS_NICCI I didnt see your question about Vegas.. My husband is a police officer and once a year they have a world wide event where agencies put together teams and run a relay race all the way from Baker California into the vegas strip. its a pretty fun weekend we do it once a year.

Hi! I try to get on daily too... but usually go in streaks.

I'm not on a challenge currently, other than eating better thanks to AdvoCare training my body!
Hope you have a great time in Vegas - and that the 24 DC is a success for you!

I'm getting really excited to do the 24 day challenge again... I ordered it this week and plan to start on monday, 04/15 (after vegas this weekend). The first time i tried it was right before my wedding... i kicked BUTT at the 10 day cleanse ( cleanse phase i lost 5.9lbs and 14.9" all around) However being weeks before the wedding i didnt remember to take all the supplements through the 14day phase... this time I'm going to follow it to a T ... just trying to see how active everyone is on here?

Well, I finished the 10 day cleanse (feeling amazing). Lost 5 pounds and more than 8 inches! emoticon
I'm not continuing with the 24 day challenge (didn't really intend to in the beginning, but have all the supplements if I decided to...) But I am eating about the same as for the cleanse... fruit and fats for snacks etc. I am being a bit less limiting, but still watching what/when/how much I'm eating and REALLY limiting not complex carbs. I've lost another pound since I stopped... and am feeling so much more free ... I don't feel bad or boated or get headaches like before. Makes since that clean eating is really what we should ALL be thinking about!

I also find that the last 10 pounds IS the hardest! (I'm there again too, BTW)

Perseverance is the only thing that will work - and we all know that. The last time I was at the last 10 (unfortunately, I've been here before), I actually discovered that having a "splurge day" once a week (where I could eat whatever I wanted - though in all honesty, I didn't eat all that much differently than the rest of the week) - made the difference for me. I'm not sure if it was a change in calories for that one day that snapped my body into working again or what.

But, you only have 1 week left! You can do this! The measurements will shock you - you will be so proud of yourself. Hang in there!

What kind of exercise are you doing? Make sure you do plenty of cardio and support it with light-moderate strength training. The cardio should help drop poundage, and the strength training should help drop inches!

Don't get discouraged. Never give up. You CAN do this, don't psych yourself out of it. :-)

I am feeling less than amazing today. I have been getting a little discouraged since the only loss I have seen is the initial 2.5 pounds from the cleanse phase. I have added daily exercise and nothing. Maybe I am not eating enough - I really don't know. So last night I decided to get some ice cream since the shop had chai on special. Ahh! I am so frustrated. I am at the point where I am battling with the last ten pounds and it seems like nothing I do will get rid of it. I have another eight days left and want to make the most out of them. Help!

Awesome! It's amazing what seeing that scale move does for us. I was surprised when I did measurements to see that although I'm only down 2.5 pounds I have also lost 3 inches off my waist. I am aiming for consistency and lots of exercise this week.

MT_GIRL: Thanks! I'm feeling much better as of yesterday evening. I feel amazing this morning (didn't even have spark yet!!). And, I broke through a weight barrier too! (Had been stuck at 152.8 since day 2... today was 150.8!) I also grabbed my measuring tape and checked my waist - down 3 inches already (and it's only day 7). I love Advocare!

Today is day 6 for me too... and I am not having as good of a time as I did last time. My body is NOT regulating itself like it did the first time... and I'm wondering if it's the Citrus versus Peaches & Cream fiber drink?
I've done everything suggested by my team (added more OmegaPlex, even more fiber) - but I've NEVER had this issue in my entire life! I'm feeling really bloated and it sucks.

That said, I've lost 2 pounds and I'm not having my cravings, so I'm happy about that! Kind of looking forward to fiber drink days again... hoping it will make a bigger difference before these 10 days are done. I've also gotten myself back into my exercise habit (daily) and that makes me feel good too.

Confession time!! I'm still doing the cleanse but my eating has been worse than it was before I started the cleanse. I'm getting the water in and taking the supplements but the cravings have been really bad. Last time I prepared ahead of time and had meals ready this time I just jumped in without much planning. I weighed yesterday and had lost 3 lbs- which is good considering how I've been eating but I lost almost 10lbs on the cleanse part last time. I have worked out every day for a min of 30 min each day- that I'm happy with. I do feel better! This is day 6.

Good idea. I found a couple of blogs from people who have done the challenge and they had some great recipes. Luckily I have next week off from school so I will be able to prepare meals really easily. I should have a good grip on it for next week.

I actually had a harder time on the burn phase the first time around than I did on the Cleanse... but I'd suggest getting prepared :-) thinking ahead for things you can make in bulk for lunches etc.

Tomorrow is my last day on the cleanse phase! I know I've lost a couple pounds and have had a lot of energy. Any pointers for the next two weeks?

I started a cleanse yesterday. This is my second (did one in October with a 24 day challenge)... and I tried the Peaches and Cream - SO much better than the citrus (which I gagged through the first time around)! Today I'm having a good caffeine withdrawal headache, but the rest of me feels SO much better! I really don't know why I don't keep up this kind of eating all the time...

I did great on the cleanse phase, but fell off the wagon with a horrific 5 day migraine last week, so I am back in the saddle again today. Know I feel better when I eat better, but it was hard to care when I felt so lousy!

I am on the fourth day of the cleanse phase and feeling great so far. I couldn't help but get on the scale and found that I have lost two pounds already. I am sure it is just water weight but it is a step in the right direction. Hoping to get back into the gym this week.

I got my package today and will be starting tomorrow. One thing I am confused about is complex carbs and fruits during the cleanse phase. Some of the manuals I have read say to include them and some say to only eat proteins, veggies and a small amount of fruit. Does anyone have a sample meal plan or any advice?

SLSALKIL - congratulations on the 2 pounds down!

If you're concerned about not having lost much, you should probably closely track your exercise and food intake - most of the time you can identify something here that is blocking the pounds from coming off (too much dairy, not enough consistent exercise, too much or even not enough food intake).

Keep with it - I am sure you will see continued success!

I just finished the cleanse phase. I only lost 2 lbs, but I do feel my blood sugar is more stabilized and it feels good to be eating more clean foods rather than so much processed junk. I started the burn phase today and am hoping I will lose more this phase. It seems pretty expensive for the results I'm having so far, but I'm remaining optimistic and waiting until the end of the 24 days to decide on continuing.

Well.... I finished my 24 day challenge. I have lost a total of 9.5 lbs since January 24th and I have lost a total of 15 inches. I lost a 1 inch in each arm, 2 inches in my chest (figures lol), 5 inches in my waist, 2 inches in my hips, 1.25 inches in right thigh, 1 inch in my left thigh, 1 inch in my right calf and .5 inch in my left calk and .5 inch in my neck.

I am very happy and will continue eating and exercising this way for another 2 weeks. I am taking it 2 weeks at a time now. I can do this.

Woohoo!!!!!

Starting day 23 today. Have lost only a total of 8 lbs so far. I have been on program with no cheating since day 1. I will measure and weigh myself on Sunday. Hoping measurements will show success as well. I am feeling very strong and have much more energy. I will post my results on Sunday.

Well.... I'm on day 14 and have lost about 6.4 lbs so far. I am feeling great and have so much more energy. I can notice a change in my waistband. I have been very good about getting my exercise in almost everyday. I am doing either 30 minutes or 45 minutes. I am very pumped and hoping to see at least 10 lbs gone by the end of this first 24 day journey.

I am on day 11 today. the mns max packets are a little confusing, but I talked to my distributor and got it cleared up. I lost a total of 5lbs on the 10 day cleanse. Hoping for at least another 5 for the last 14 days. My sweetie told me that he thinks my face looks slimmer and so does my tummy. I will measure again at the end of the next 14 days. I didn't take a photo at the beginning. I should have, but....can't change that now. I feel very dedicated to staying on the plan.

Way to go RUTZKARI!

That first 10 days is the most restrictive, so if you're almost through it you are doing GREAT!!!

Hi. I am on day 9 today. I am down almost 4 lbs. I am feeling great and strong. Not even craving diet coke, coffee or junk. I really want to do this and see what the 24 days could bring for weight loss. It would be a great start to losing the 40 lbs I want to lose.

I'm on Day 8 of the Advocare 24 Day Challenge and feel GREAT! It's as if I've found how my body was meant to eat. My blood sugar is not plagued by peaks and valleys, I'm not crashing mid afternoon as I once did...I truly feel wonderful. Also, I'm happy to report I lost 5.6 lbs. last week!

This team doesn't seem very active, but I am very interested in others who are using the Advocare supplements and how it is working for them.

I for one, am having trouble remembering to take all of the supplements. share??
