I am on Day 3 of the 24DC and I am SO SLEEPY. I've never felt quite like this. I use the Spark drink in the a.m., but maybe I should use it in the afternoon instead? I tend to be ok in the mornings, and I get what should be plenty of sleep (regularly). Any thoughts?
I have a 2 year old who keeps me pretty busy, I can't handle feeling drowsy like this for much longer.
