Hey maxton2! I noticed its been awhile since you did the Advocare 24 day challenge. I'm considering doing it...Now that its been awhile after, would you recommend it?

After 15 days I have lost 7 lbs! My goal was to lose 15 pounds in the 24 day challenge...doesnt look like that will happen but I havent done any exercising yet and i'm starting today! Maybe i can get close to 12?

Weighed this morning and after 12 days I lost 6 lbs. I know that is good but in the beginning I was weighing daily and the first 5 days I lost a pound a day!! So only 1 pound in 7 days is disappointing!!!! Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if that is just how it works. I had hoped to lose 15 pounds during the challenge and now i'm not sure that is even possible?
I to became an advisor....2 days in to the challenge :) I dont think I have been drinking enough water so i'm going to work on that!

I have 29 more pounds to go! My goal is to be there before my daughters first birthday in May. I have been doing Jillian's 30 day shred (not consistently) and it is kicking my rear!

Hi, MAXTON2!
Welcome to the AdvoCare Champions message board! How exciting that you have started the 24 Day Challenge - how are things going so far?
My husband and I finished the Challenge just about a few weeks ago. He lost 11 pounds and I lost 9. We fell in love with the products and decided to jump right in and become Advisors. My daily regimen includes: MNS 3, Spark, meal replacement shakes for breakfast, Omegaplex, Thermoplus, Leptilean and Catalyst. Be sure to drink lots of water - it helps flush everything out.
What has been great for us is that we really make an effort to eat as healthy as we can. However, what has been nice about AdvoCare is you don't have to measure ANYTHING - simply eat until you are satisfied. Since I have about 70 more pounds to lose I do track my food so I know exactly where I am at.
Find something you like to do for exercise and DO IT. I really mix up my cardio throughout the week with Zumba, Turbo Kick, PiYo and walking. If you do something you enjoy you will stick to it.
Post any more questions you may have - we all can learn so much from each other. Also, be sure to check in often and keep us up to date on your progress. You will have GREAT results!

I actually started this morning. I do not have an advisor because I was not smart and I ordered off e-bay because the price was so much better. I now realize it wasnt a smart move because I dont have anyone to talk to about it. I ate 3 boiled eggs for breakfast.

Hi! Welcome to the Advo family!! I am so excited for you taking a great step towards a healthy life!! I have lost a total of 25 lbs and have went from a tight size 14 to a lose size 10 and am still losing!!

I will do my best to answer your questions. My first advice to you is to keep a food log...on paper or computer so that you can log the time that you ate all of your meals and snacks. If after a few days you aren't seeing results TALK to your advisor/distributor (or me...I am an Advisor) so they can look at your food journal. That brings me to point number two. My Advisor was KEY in my journey at the beginning. I talked to her at least once a day if not more often, just to make sure I was doing things correctly.

Things that worked for me: PRE-PLANNING!!! I had my lunches and dinners all laid out and as much prepped as I could before hand so it was grab and go. I work so I had my lunches packed days at a time with all my snacks ready to go. DO NOT SKIP YOUR SNACKS!! Also, be careful about eating too much fruit....it says you can but at times it can hinder depending on how much you depend on sugar to begin with....

WATER WATER WATER....Did I mention WATER?? A gallon is a must!! I had a jug in the fridge the first few days with slices of lemons and oranges in it steeping for flavor to mix it up.

After the challenge, I have kept up with the MNS, catalyst, and of course Spark....I do a Cleanse about every 3-4 months. Hope this helps!! Feel free to ask me any questions!!

I am totally new to advocare, I just ordered my 24 day challenge and catalyst on Tuesday! I cannot wait to start. I was just wondering if anyone has any advice to share? What things worked for you? How much did you lose? Did you keep it off? What did you do after the challenge? Yes I know I have a lot of questions but like I said I am new to this and dont know a whole lot. I would like to lose 32 pounds and I hope with the help of advocare I can accomplish a lot of that before my daughter turns one! (she is 5 months)
