My goals are to keep tracking everything I eat and drink, to order more of the drinks in different flavors to try and also to get my son to try to drop some pounds.

Yes, I am a distributor as of last week... I have used some of the products and I love them. This will be my first 24 day challenge, and I'm definitely looking forward to it, I've seen some great success stories.

My goal this week is to log my food! I know I do better when I log even if I go over...I am just SO bad at it!!

I also plan on getting on two Advocare calls this week to help learn how to spread the word!

I'm really interested in ther results of leptilean. Eating is my downfall... I LOVE food! I can't wait to get my protein shakes. After logging my food on a daily basis on sparkpeople I never reach the protein goal :(

My goals this week:

1. Exercise at least 30 minutes 6x/wk (even if that means to break it down into 2 15 minute walks!)
2. I plan to log my Spark points every evening and log my food diary.
3. I am going to try the Dreamsicle shake and add some new products to my program - Thermoplus and Liptolean. My order should be arriving tomorrow or Tuesday so I can't wait!
