Are these mixes for after the first 10 days? Or good to go during cleanse? I am used to drinking a fruit smoothie I make myself with 1% milk, frozen fruit and a banana, but I could add the spark to it for flavor as well? I saw where you cannot put fruit into the meal replacement shakes, so that is not an option for me.
I'm having a hard time remembering when to take all the pills and when to drink what. Need to get myself on a set plan for the week.
Lemon berry spark slush... Pink lemonade spark, water and 4 or 5 frozen strawberries. Blend. Yum!!

For those on the first 10 days of the challenge, I mixed my fiber drink (citrus) with the mango-strawberry spark! :)

Try these mixups. :)
Blend your Vanilla shake as usual. I use water ice and a Cuisinart Quick Prep handblender (great smooth shake texture). Now, add some Mandarin Orange Spark to it (mixed) VOILA ! Orange Dreamcicle shake!
Another Option: (not for cleanse) Mix in some PB2 Peanut Butter Powder to your Chocolate Shake... VOILA! Choc Peanut Butter Cup Shake!

Just FYI- the meal replacement shakes mixed into coffee is gross! It doesn't taste bad, but the texture is HORRIBLE. Thick, thick, yuck! I'll stick to it by itself.

I'm in Ohio. Kind of far from TN. :) Thanks though! I just finished the challenge, so I'm starting to feel the need for coffee again!

My wife likes the Coffeccino, which I believe is allowable during the challenge and maybe even the cleanse. What area do you live in, I would give you a pack so you don't have to buy it to try it.

Has anyone ever heated the meal replacement and mixed with coffee? I know coffee is a no-no right now during the challenge.. but later? I can't stand cold coffee drinks, just wondered what it would be like (or if it could be heated- like a hot chocolate?).

Ok, here's a fun one.... Sparktini Get one of those Bacardi frozen mixes, and use your favorite flavor of Spark and water (or rum lol) and ice. Mix in a blender. Fabulous. I just added a group simply for 24 day challenge and cleanse friendly recipes. Please join and add your favorites so that we have lots of ideas for ourselves and clients!!

so i tried mixing my spark with some room temp oolong tea and i have to say that it has made a major difference in the sharp tartness.... i am pretty sure that any type of iced tea would work but if it is too cold it doesn't mix as well...

how about a little bit of iced tea with the pink lemonade?
one of my "clients" told me she loves to mix her cherry spark in with a diet pepsi. ;)

i tried the tequilaless sunrise with fruit punch and it was excellent... i am going to try it with cherry tomorrow... i like the pink lemonade spark but it is a little too tart for my taste is there anything you can think of to add to it to cut that?

By request, here is a thread to share your favorite advo cocktails (not really with alcohol!)
mine right now is the chocolate or vanilla meal replacement shake with a mocha coffecino mixed in.
i also make spark & arginine for a great running cocktail (spargenine) :)
mandarin orange + fruit punch or cherry spark = tequilaless sunrise!
pink lemonade spark + grape rehydrate + non caffeine slim = a great morning!
