I posted this on another thread, but wanted to start a thread with this as a topic so it wouldn't get lost.
Can we share what we are taking and when? I would be interested to see what others are doing. Here is my schedule:
30 minutes later:
shake or breakfast bar (I really like the taste of them!)
both white packets
30 minutes before lunch
Mid afternoon (If I remember, somehow this one I usually forget!)
Supper - something small or a shake
Any ideas or suggestions? Not sure I am doing this right, but this is what I have been doing. Hopefully now that I have gotten started again, I won't forget to order and have an unintentional break.
