Hello Sagitare. It is your decision to switch around your meals as long as you still eat everything they recommend. For example, My Powerfuel with lunch today is a 2 oz piece of chicken, which im using with spinach, bell peppers, and onions for my veggies. Im moving my Powerfuel for my morning snack to lunch so I can have cheese on my salad.
Im doing the 21 day basic program, loving it so far, and I'm only on day three! To compare, with basic, you get one powerfuel each with breakfast, morning snack, and lunch, and one each smartcarb for afternoon snack and dinner. Only men get extras.

I am doing the women's diabetic program, so I only get one smart carb (SC) in the afternoon. What program are you on? Do they differ or is this your personal decision to add the PF to the SC? Just curious about what's out there. . .
How are you doing on the NS? Liking it? I always feel sooooo decadent when I eat the little chocolate doughnut for breakfast - I would NEVER do that before NS! lol. . .

Later afternoons, I am usually quite hungry. Then I am torn between having a lovely piece of fruit (SC) or air popped popcorn, or other. The other may actually be better, such as hummus (2 tbs. seems small to me) with carrots for dippers.
Any good ideas out there about that afternoon SC? Thanks. . .
