ELLIE7895 you are doing great! An hour of aqua jogging is very impressive. In terms of messing up - I find I mess up when I get stressed or overly hungry and the two usually go together I skip meals get really hungry, stressed and foggy headed and overeat when I get home -- I have had two days like that this week Monday and Today -- for me the important thing is not to let it be more than one consecutive day. Tomorrow I am back at it. S

I feel like I'm eating constantly. Never hungry. Everyone says eat all the extras and I'm trying. I was once concerned about the gas since I saw so many comments and its. Problem I live with but so far I'm good. Also I dont care at all for the nutrisystem web page but I do like the app because it reminds me to eat my extras. I did my hour of water jogging this morning. Feel pretty good for an old lady. I know I shouldn't weigh every day but I did and dropped a pound over night. I've only been on 2 days but I'm forcing myself to eat everything. I wish I had done this sooner. I'm afraid ill get ove confident and mess up.
