I don't go to a Gym. All my workouts are at home or outside
If I don't have the time to put in a full workout I do mini workouts
We have the xbox Kinect, so can always play with my boys

I plan myself 2 or 3 workout a day. I have busy schedule so I do at least 2 workout a day. Short, study & small workouts which lead me to long workouts

The gym is for working out - Home is for chilling. If I miss the gym I usually skip the workout, but that usually only happens if I'm too tired or sore to w/o not a time crunch issue.

I do all my workouts at home. I sometimes change the routine I had planned if there isn't time to do the original.

I do now that I have a spinning bike at home and I also do my wwtp dvds.. it seems to be that I stay home more when it is so cold out I just do not want to go to the gym.. LOL

emoticon Do you have a plan "B" work out...plan.. lot of things may get in our way or mess up our scheuled time to go to the gym or work out at home. on those days do you just skip it or have a plan "B" in effect?
