Every where you turn today, the internet, the news, books and so on there are 100s of tips, suggestions and ideas on how to lose weight.. and get healthy and yes they will work these tips suggestions and ideas are all TOOLS.... and it is up to us to use those tools, no difference then using a tool in the kitchen there are 100s of tools to chop food, processed food. blenders, choppers, and the list goes on..you may like one machine better then a other.. it is a personal choice on what machine (tool) you want to use..
this is the same with a healthy life style.. let's face it you will lose weight when it is Less calories in and more calories burned.. it is up to you to choose a tool that works to make it happen.

Think about what tool you can use for the next 7 days that will help you and aid you in getting one step closer to your goal,.. own that tool, use it every day for the next 7 days and at the end of the 7th day if the tool is no longer works for you pick up another tool.. you may have to use several different tools to see what works the best and when you find the tool that does.. use it for a while.. and it is ok, to keep switching tools.
