Yes I have. I had cut out coffee completely, only allowed decaf from time to time but since Winter Camp (week of Thanksgiving) I started drinking full strength again. Was having 2-3/day again. Now limited to one in the morning and little cream with splenda (depending on the flavor brewed).

Yes - I have been doing all those things for years now
I do as much as I can I will park a little far away and I do take the stairs when I can. I am also back to cutting out cream and sweet and low in my coffee. and I dont drink soda as a rule..

Do you do those little extras in the name of good health.? example park far away from the building, take the stairs, cut out soda.... and so on?
