That's the best thing about Just Dance...it doesn't feel like a workout at all..but it definitely gets you sweating! The Just Sweat classes on 4 are awesome...I love that they incorporate actual warm ups and cool downs in. I'm addicted too :)

Just starting with Just Dance 4. I'm addicted! I danced for an hour and a half last night, I couldn't stop! Today I did about 4 dances on Country Dance. After dinner I did 2 ten minute Just Sweat "classes" and then I did a couple of dances. It's a lot of fun! I hate exercising so this helps me get active, but it's fun at the same time!

I love Just Dance 4, too! I'm keeping my other ones because I like to change up my songs, but Just Dance 4 is the bomb! I love the the cardiac sessions that are interspersed with the songs and the graphics are excellent. Well done Ubisoft! A great motivator for January 2013!

Love, love, LOVE Just Dance 4. I have all the Just Dance games, including the summer party one, and this one is by FAR my favorite. I think my favorite part of it is the Just Sweat program. I enjoyed the Just Sweat program in the other games, but this one is set up the best.
For those of you who don't have it, you can pick 10, 30, or 45 minutes, and it plays songs non-stop, including warm-up and cool down (which aren't technically songs from the game but moves for you to warm up and cool down) and it has a few different styles..latin, 80s dance class, etc. It's great! You can't track your Just Sweat points like the earlier games, but I don't mind that so much, think it's a great improvement!

Thanks for asking, I have just been really busy. I got JD4 and am learning all the songs. I like it a lot. I am also mixing up my workouts, so dancing is not the sole thing that I do. This time of year is hard b/c we both have family out of town. We end up with two long road trips in a short period of time. It is especially a struggle to get my in-laws to understand my eating and exercise habits. I promise that you will see me more in 2013.

Good morning. I love the holiday season. Tomorrow is the day we traditionally put up the christmas tree. We've been putting up the tree the Sunday after thanksgiving for 21 years. My neighborhood really gets into christmas. It's like I am living in a winter wonderland. I love it. Christmas is my favorite holiday.
May the peace and blessings of Christmas fill your heart with joy and the new year be filled with happiness.

Hey! I was just wondering if there was a way to calculate how many calories you burn using sweat points? How many calories is 1 sweat point? Does anyone know?
We play two Bingo games simultaneously--one for Just Dance games (because that seems to be the series that most team members own) and another for other Wii dance games. Each day 3 songs are posted for each of the Bingo games. If you keep track of the points you earn for each song, you can post that score on the Monthly Challenge board. At the end of the month HotLexis acknowledges the top scorers for the challenges.
There are actually three other ways you can get 'credit' for each song (or group of songs) you dance...but I don't want to confuse you with TMI.

Yes, I'm fine, DG (and Lex, who SparkMailed me). for asking.
I just got out of the habit of posting on this team when the Bingo Games took a nose-dive. (Calling the games was actually how I got involved with the team. MrsMike needed to bow out of the games to take care of her family.)
Also, my dance 'partner' (daughter) started getting more hours at work, and my solo 'career' has failed to take off. Less Wii dancing = less team enthusiasm, I guess.
Anyway, looks like we got enough interest in the BEP game today to start a new Bingo round.

Welcome Pink! I love the JD games too! We have sign ups for playing Bingo and other dance games so check it out! It helps to keep me motivated! I just got 4 new personal high scores on JD2 last night and that was FUN!

To all Zumba people!!
Do you feel sparkpeoples calorie burn is accurate for zumba?
I weigh a little over 200# and on 20 minutes sparkpeople says 208 calories. I feel like it is more, but since my calves are throbbing, Im sweating and I cant do everything full out, it might just be me lol
Regardless, i am loving it!!
