Coursework 1: Eat 5 servings of fruits and/or veggies in a day for 5 days (days don't need to be consecutive)
Exam 1: Track all your food for 1 day
Coursework 2: Drink 8 glass of water a day for 5 days (days don't need to be consecutive)
Exam 2: Read 3 nutritional articles
Coursework 3: Work on a craft project each day for 5 days (days don't need to be consecutive)
Exam 3: Repair something that you've been putting off OR update your Sparkpage
ELITE
Coursework 1: Eat 5 servings of fruits and/or veggies in a day for 7 consecutive days
Exam 1: Stay in ALL your ranges for nutrition tracking for 1 day
Coursework 2: Drink 8 glass of water a day for 7 consecutive days
Exam 2: Read 6 nutritional articles or 1 nutritional book
Coursework 3: Work on a craft project each day for 7 consecutive days
Exam 3: Repair something that you've been putting off OR update your Sparkpage
