hi all, just joined this group today. did the game [customized routine] on monday. I accidentally clicked on the 60 minutes + and ended up exercising 1hr19minutes.
Didn't exercise yesterday, tonight is the next workout. wanted to know how to change the profile to do one of the preset routines.
am disappointed with the music and bob harper keep telling me i could do better. what does he expect of a 53 year old woman who hasn't execised in 10 years. think if i did almost an hour and a half that's pretty good. on the plus side think the workout, for a Wii program is pretty good. not as much of a sweat that i like but think i may use the treadmill for 10 minutes b4 starting the Wii.
Re: Am disappointed, suggest you look at your sodium consumption daily for the last two weeks. Example. I weighed in Tuesday am was 154.5, pm 159.0. I ate cereal/milk/raisins for brekkie, lunch baked chicken w/shake and bake, cukes and tomatoes, snack - no fat yogurt/dinner egg beaters with 2 slices whole grain bread, 1 tsp low fat margarine. The only explanation I have for the almost 5lbs I gained in one day was SALT!. I had eaten on Sun/Monday brick cheese, soup/and cottage cheese, all high salt foods - think the shake-n'bake contains more salt too. To say I was annoyed at "blimping out" was putting it mildly. Anyways, just a suggestion. In my case will have to be more careful about how much salt i eat on a daily basis. The other thing is that I'd kinda slacked off in making sure I drank all my water in a day which probably didn't help.
