I have been MIA for some time now. I lost my grandma in october of 2009 went through a divorce and had a new baby. Now i am going to school to be an MA i am almost to the end of my prgram. Now i am trying to get back to losing weight i am on a 6 month physiciaqn monitered weight lose program but my docter has no idea what she is doing so i am asking you guys for help. I need meal idea's for breakfast i normally take one of my baby's bowls and have a bowl of cereal but from there on out i am having problemns. I go in for my next weigh in in about 2 weeks and i really want to make an inpact on the scale this time. I need something that is fast easy to make inexpensive and something i can just grab and go being that i am on the go alot any advice would be great thanks
