How often does everyone weigh themselves? I weigh in every monday but i was think that maybe i should change that. Maybe weight in every 2 weeks or once a month so that way when i do weight in i wont get dissapointed when there is a gain or i didnt lose that much and it will keep me motivated to. So how often does everyone weight in and what day does everyone weight in?
