Last week i got my WII fot and i love it i have been doing an hour a day on it doing boxing i love boxing and i also do an hour a day on my stationary bike so i am doing pretty good with exercise and i even try to drink water every day with crystal light in it now my problem is i cant seem to get my eating habits under control i try but its like right after lunch i fall off the wagon again can someone please help me figure out were i am going wrong and help me get back on track please thanks
