Just this morning as I went to my START page, a new button appeared!

It's called "NEW MEMBER WELCOME GUIDE." And you complete it in sections--each time earning additional spark points (up to a total of 500).

Even though I've been with Spark since 2006, I thought I'd go through the guide to renew my motivation, plus learn any points that I've somehow missed (or forgotten) over the years.

One neat piece of information in the 1st article said this:
"For example, one of America’s most distinguished behavioral psychologists is on our Advisory Board. He said part of the reason he joined our team is that “SparkPeople is one of the best programs I’ve ever seen that helps people SEE themselves as being healthy and fit before they are…and then helps them actually reach those goals.”

And that made me want to go to the Motivation section (found under Articles and Videos). Goodness gracious! There are so many interesting articles... every one of us are SURE to find renewed motivation if we spent a few minutes each day reading from there! Here's the link:

SparkPeople has really been on top of things---offering us strong strategies to help ourselves! I'm loving it!
